infinity, the bond holders won't want the company to go bust, where they might not get their money back. IMHO (as often happens) the bondholders will be looking for a company restructing where they get the majority of the company, leaving existing shareholders with the rest. Whether, they will try to get 50% or 90% depends upon the details of Aerobox's latest detailed financial sitation. IMHO this scenario, is already more than built into the price, as usually happens e.g. look at My Travel's (MT.S) history over the last two years. Once the restructuring is done and dusted (and going bust is avoided), the share price recovers strongly.

Of course, the above scenario is only in the event that the current management cannot recover the financial situation in another way.

Decisions, Decisions

Sell & take what little value I have left in ARX or wait & hope that funding appears. ?

Unfortunately past similiar experience with smallcaps tends to make me think shareholders will be left with nothing & the directors will walk away with a nice new little company & a nice pocket full of cash.

ARX is my last ever smallcap investment (using the term loosely) - lesson well & truly learned !!!

bridggar....good afternoon....you already know.

Presently they have a short term funding agreement in place until mid Sept....to finish off the present ULD order run.

Then there`s a strong possibility....if no further funding is forthcoming by the methods outlined by company in the last Trading statement....that they will be suspended when those short term funds run out....irrespective of whether matters are in the name of Arx or ACS....DYOR.

If they were going bust, would not they be suspended by now?

I remember this stock from while back, a broker phoned up and offered it to me for 25p, he was so desperate and dropped to 23p.....luck I turned him down.

I think perhaps ARX and ACS are used interchangeably where they should not.

Just confirmed with my contact. ARX struggling with cashflow. Creditors giving them some breathing space for the time being but if they do not recover swiftly, this company is going bust.

Do not invest any money you cannot afford.
