03/8/2021 09:38 | Nice to see it on the rise but the spread is off putting. Talking about the current cash position, they do not say that is the current net cash position, so I am wondering if in truth it is much lower than that bearing in mind the losses. How much debt is there? Still the outlook is very good but I think the share price will stick between 31/38 before the finial figures are presented. | clocktower
03/8/2021 07:53 | Agreed Michael but where do you start pencilling in numbers for next year. Are they going to do 1p eps or 5p? Will they start paying a generous dividend again? One of my larger holdings and optimistic but I feel that until we get some broker guidence we are still very much in the dark. | tiswas
03/8/2021 06:29 | Great trading update released this morning:- Returned to profitability in the second half and the outlook for the start of the new financial year is very strong: H1 2022 revenues are anticipated to be greater than any previous interim period on record. Cash of £1m and they have a very strong pipeline looking forward with new and existing clients, the New York office continues to grow and win new US based clients and opportunities are strong in virtual, hybrid and face to face events. All for a current market cap of £2.6m. | michaelmouse
14/7/2021 12:18 | Your right diku - one wonders if the BoD would save the listing fees etc by taking it off market, and then I guess they would see that PI`s get frozen out, turning any shares they hold into worthless junk. | clocktower
10/7/2021 07:38 | The chart gone to sleep...it spends more time on the flatline...is it worth being listed?... | diku
03/6/2021 17:01 | News is overdue, not the best of signs. | clocktower
20/5/2021 14:50 | There was an update at this time last year, I wonder if we will get one in the next 7/10 days. I wonder if the order book is yet growing and how the US is doing? | clocktower
14/5/2021 07:55 | You might want to take a fresh look at what they are doing tiswas. the business is still ticking along nicely. | clocktower
13/5/2021 10:13 | I see you have been topping up again this morning CT. | tiswas
07/5/2021 10:03 | Only one MM on offer, so another buy or two and up it should pop again. Slowly but surely the upward trend continues. Chart looks good. | clocktower
30/4/2021 18:26 | Late RNS - fillings their pockets before releasing the figures but at least most of them are much higher up the food chain. So when are the figures to be released? | clocktower
28/4/2021 13:22 | News must be due soon. | clocktower
07/4/2021 14:31 | "Coventry City of Culture will receive £3.5m from the government to produce a Covid-safe festival. The signature event, Coventry Moves, has been pushed back to 5 June, but the cultural programme will officially start on 15 May with a "celebratory moment enjoyed from home". Coventry City of Culture Trust's chief executive Martin Sutherland says: "We are excited to share the extraordinary creativity from Coventry and explore new ways to use digital platforms and broadcast channels to reach new audiences both in person and at home." | clocktower
07/4/2021 14:07 | Exciting times on the horizon: "A creative agency has said it has seen a 200% increase in incoming briefs compared to 12 months ago as clients shift focus back to in-person events. Cheerful Twentyfirst strategy director, Hannah Luffman (pictured), has told Conference News that 2021 is shaping up to be a “very busy year” as buyers scale-up their need for strategy-led events and experiences. Luffman said there had been “growing interest” in domestic campaigns in the form of live events in Q3 and Q4." | clocktower
06/4/2021 10:04 | I expect plenty of opportunities are opening up now that COVID restrictions are being lifted - the planning departments will be in overdrive working hand in hand with clients to hold COVID safe events, and with the experience AEO has, they will soon be signing new contracts I expect, hence the rising share price as news cannot be far away now. | clocktower
01/4/2021 11:17 | 50p here it comes, as it takes so little to get this moving it seems unsurprisingly. | clocktower
01/4/2021 09:19 | Good timing it seems hatfullofsky with the MM upping the bid today and the demand rising it would seem and not before time imo. | clocktower
30/3/2021 14:44 | Well I'm in. As a Knight Rider fan, anybody naming their product KIT is a must buy for me :-) That along with my other research | hatfullofsky
30/3/2021 08:14 | The wide spread on this and the lack of liquidity is holding this back I suspect. Still, its day will come with renewed interest in media businesses with the country about to open up again for the summer at least. | clocktower
22/3/2021 09:04 | Looking up Ustar Limited and the statement of affairs it seems like Mr Hale has lost in excess of half a million. See link below. If he would have announced this sooner I expect the shares would have dropped further at the time, hence leaving this until after the positive RNS today. Then I might have been able to pick up a lot more stock on the cheap, which some picked up in 2020 who might have had inside knowledge about his losses. This is the trouble with AIM companies - the regulators let directors get away with this sort of thing. Did any of the NED's know about this and if so why did they not force him to release the info? | clocktower
22/3/2021 08:40 | It’s on a slow burn it seems and some might be slow to see the potential going forward as the introduction of KIT could return huge rewards imo. To be profitable now is a huge achievement. | clocktower
22/3/2021 07:49 | If you look at my posts around Feb when I noticed the changes and did fresh research I saw the changes coming and the good times returning bigfroks. I then bought a few.so yes I am now confident that the company has the right KIT to move forward again. I also just noticed the RNS about M.Hale naughty boy not saying this a year or more ago. It seems he lost a lot of money that he will want to recover here I guess. Target 50p | clocktower
22/3/2021 07:29 | You seem to have done a complete 180 on your thoughts of this company clock! | bigfrocks
22/3/2021 07:24 | Bearing in mind the devastation of COVID on the business it is remarkable that they have returned to profit in the last few months and clearly have KIT making money after such a short period of time having had to adapt to the virtual market. However with live events now being planned and the US business racking up useful $$$ And still over a million in the bank the recovery should be swift, as should be the share price Well done to the team, and I am sure everyone’s fortunes shall soon be rebuilt with determination and hard work. | clocktower
18/3/2021 15:21 | CT I missed my chance up a 1p still interested could wait for the update or will be paying mid thirties? | mark1000 |
