Who knows CT? Until we get a steer from the broker I do not have a clue as to what they are likely to make next year.

Anyone else care to guess?

Richard Owen, Non-Executive Director of Aeorema Communications has bought another 25,000 shares at 35.8p. Altogether that's 50,000 (around £17,500 worth) since the bullish trading update earlier this month.

Nice to see it on the rise but the spread is off putting.

Talking about the current cash position, they do not say that is the current net cash position, so I am wondering if in truth it is much lower than that bearing in mind the losses.

How much debt is there?

Still the outlook is very good but I think the share price will stick between 31/38 before the finial figures are presented.

Agreed Michael but where do you start pencilling in numbers for next year. Are they going to do 1p eps or 5p? Will they start paying a generous dividend again?

One of my larger holdings and optimistic but I feel that until we get some broker guidence we are still very much in the dark.

Great trading update released this morning:-

Returned to profitability in the second half and the outlook for the start of the new financial year is very strong: H1 2022 revenues are anticipated to be greater than any previous interim period on record.

Cash of £1m and they have a very strong pipeline looking forward with new and existing clients, the New York office continues to grow and win new US based clients and opportunities are strong in virtual, hybrid and face to face events.

All for a current market cap of £2.6m.

Your right diku - one wonders if the BoD would save the listing fees etc by taking it off market, and then I guess they would see that PI`s get frozen out, turning any shares they hold into worthless junk.

"Coventry City of Culture will receive £3.5m from the government to produce a Covid-safe festival.

Cheerful Twentyfirst strategy director, Hannah Luffman (pictured), has told Conference News that 2021 is shaping up to be a “very busy year” as buyers scale-up their need for strategy-led events and experiences. I expect plenty of opportunities are opening up now that COVID restrictions are being lifted - the planning departments will be in overdrive working hand in hand with clients to hold COVID safe events, and with the experience AEO has, they will soon be signing new contracts I expect, hence the rising share price as news cannot be far away now.

The wide spread on this and the lack of liquidity is holding this back I suspect. Still, its day will come with renewed interest in media businesses with the country about to open up again for the summer at least.

Looking up Ustar Limited and the statement of affairs it seems like Mr Hale has lost in excess of half a million. See link below.

If he would have announced this sooner I expect the shares would have dropped further at the time, hence leaving this until after the positive RNS today. Then I might have been able to pick up a lot more stock on the cheap, which some picked up in 2020 who might have had inside knowledge about his losses.

This is the trouble with AIM companies - the regulators let directors get away with this sort of thing. Did any of the NED's know about this and if so why did they not force him to release the info?

It’s on a slow burn it seems and some might be slow to see the potential going forward as the introduction of KIT could return huge rewards imo. To be profitable now is a huge achievement.

If you look at my posts around Feb when I noticed the changes and did fresh research I saw the changes coming and the good times returning bigfroks.
I then bought a few.so yes I am now confident that the company has the right
KIT to move forward again.

I also just noticed the RNS about M.Hale naughty boy not saying this a year or more ago.

It seems he lost a lot of money that he will want to recover here I guess.
