22/10/2015 07:51 | Well done to management I say an excellent result glad I hold mine in an ISA so divis are free of tax. | wskill
22/10/2015 07:47 | Great results as hoped and expected but there is one small downside that I will mention later, if other holders have not noticed it. This should fly again imo. Good Luck and good trading. | clocktower
22/10/2015 07:28 | Will the sellers be changing their minds today and ploughing back in? | old thumper
22/10/2015 07:25 | Nice forward statement too.Excellent, glad I bought a few more in the 30s! Should see a nice rise today | susiebe
22/10/2015 07:25 | Thoroughly respectable at first look and 3p for income seekers like me that's 9.5p over the last 3 years and I make that an aim success story and looking good for 2016 .... Go AEO | ramas
22/10/2015 07:23 | Blast, more bloody dividend money to spend :-) I notice the revenues are up but if it weren't for one off payments like Steve Garvey and office updates the EPS would be at a record once more. Now no "Tesco value" curries anymore. | old thumper
22/10/2015 07:22 | Yes, excellent results and better than expected. Dividend of 3p equates to nearly 8% return at current 38.5p share price More than happy that I've been accumulating these in recent months. Michael. | michaelmouse
22/10/2015 07:14 | Nice results!!Increasing revenuesProfit nearly £390k only down a touch as they invested in the business£1.6mill cash in the bank£3.5mill McapOn a single digit PE!!Should fly again today :) | drmaccers
21/10/2015 13:47 | One for the agm q&a , duly noted | ramas
21/10/2015 13:45 | It is a great shame they do not tell the whole market the date in advance but at least that cuts it down somewhat. | clocktower
21/10/2015 13:15 | They told me on the phone there this month | drmaccers
21/10/2015 08:55 | I wouldn't mind wagering we get an RNS next weds/Thursday | a2584728
20/10/2015 16:24 | Unlikely it was and still is very undervalued imo ramas. | clocktower
20/10/2015 16:01 | I'd been watching SGI with a view to buying but missed the move, will keep watching to see if it's tradeable , wonder if there a predator in the wings ? | ramas
20/10/2015 14:25 | SGI popped ramas. Well done with your short on CBUY but I am hoping for good results here but have my doubts mind you and pleased I sold all my trading stock of this. | clocktower
20/10/2015 14:14 | We can but hope for a 20p support that's negative pe territory .... We pay you to take our earnings ;o) | ramas
20/10/2015 14:07 | Fair point ... AEO seems to be a battleground between long termers and traders with an eye for the next opportunity and metrics count for nowt just the graph | ramas
20/10/2015 13:52 | It is not paranoia ramas, it is just fair comment and provides something for a few posters to consider if they are in profit and adverse to risk. Better a profit in hand than living in hope if there is any doubt in your mind I guess. The upside from here upon results I would not now expect to be more than 50/55, the downside before support could be in the region 20/25 maybe. | clocktower
20/10/2015 12:28 | Addition .... But they do have until December per Aim rules | ramas
20/10/2015 12:23 | True but this is still a small business not a huge job siloed organisation like IBM . I suspect in AEO the FD might well be needed at times in a management accountant capacity. Business is seasonal in media so I think it could be quite reasonable for AEO to be in a busy period especially from the last trading statement. I did see AEO do have a new business director now. I must admit I was hoping for more reporting consistency as it does lead to degrees of paranoia as we witness now. | ramas
20/10/2015 11:37 | As a listed company financial reporting is the most important routine and if they are set up correctly in accountancy terms this should be very very simple to produce, monthly management reports, to quarterly reports etc etc should be there for all to see.The tender process certainly won't be undertaken by the FD or finacial controller. | a2584728
20/10/2015 10:23 | More likely waiting for a contract to try to say something positive if the bottom line results are not the £350k plus that we were expecting. With no news for so long, it does cast a lot of doubts as to the bottom line imo. | clocktower
20/10/2015 10:01 | I was thinking similar , frustrating thought it is officially they have till December .... Eeeek. But with limited resources what comes first timely reporting or completing bids , new business etc ? Time will tell. This might cause some hot money to depart in the meantime. I am now hoping for this Friday | ramas |
