Maybe my posts are being misinterpreted as a pump I'll refrain in future. The sells seem to imply current years trading is worse than dismal which I cannot believe to be the case. The fy14/15 years trading statement implying close to 4p eps .... Roll on results

Pity the company did not give us something to be "Cheerful" about this morning, still the stock is still in bargain territory with results due any time now.

Rather disappointing over the past couple of weeks after a flurry and a run up.

Not the best of signs to see the offer dropping to this level, as iL says testing the resistance. Still, as you say ramas a bonkers pe at this price. Roll on the results.

Website update another benchmark setting EY entrepreneur awards .... AEO remains unloved art 40p with an effective valuation of £700k 8pence making expected £350k+ 3.5 pence profit this year - that's a bonkers pe of around 2. The 8p derived as follows ..... 40p less cash 17p less DT asset 10p less aim cash shell value 5p makes 8 pence for the core business. Roll on results day next week and imodyor.

AEO broken resistance and now looks like it is coming in for a re-test of 40p (midprice) before the next leg up.

Yea, stick with the winners ramas, how often do some jump only to find themselves not only increasing their costs but buying another stock that losses them money. Done it myself but one learns but you get cases like happened here that the company appoints the wrong person with a history of misleading investors, then it pays to jump rapidly but as luck would have it the company corrected the error and the chance arose to get right back in for the long term, as well as a few trades that put a little icing on the cake.

Good point and let's face it short term this is a 30% turn over the last few weeks. Some will be looking to trade based on last years pattern if it repeats post results as well. For me If we get 2.5p this year then the 3 years of dividends will make 9p being a big chunk of my original investment and a strong signal of better things to come, never been here to make pennies. What would really be nice is a big contract win similar to the 3 year win a while back this would I am sure put some life into the stock and help allay the ever present earnings visibility question.

What one must also consider is that there are a lot more shares floating since 18 months ago, when some major holders here reduced or sold their stake and moved on. The same goes for the RTI stake, as these seem to have been taken up by small investors that now might be taking profits. While there have been no options drawn down, there were around 600k the previous year I seem to recall. So in effect a lot more stock floating around that might encourage a bit of trading and helps make the stock more liquid.

For what it's worth, I'm going with a 2.5p dividend, no special this year, but a positive outlook statement.

Thanks for your posts ramas/OT, Most grateful for your comments about RTI sale etc.

I hold a portfolio of stocks that I hold for long term investments but I also trade, and when I feel I am a bit to heavy in any one stock I take a profit/loss as the case maybe. I am still looking forward to this hitting targets and the dividend but the added bonus will hopefully be a growth story to support forward holdings. I am also always happy to see someone else profit on the back of any that I sell.

As for TAL yes I agree with you but that is also a longer term hold.

I think R.O is far to old to drive a Bugatti unless its an old clapped out type that you drive to be waved at.

CT, It's interesting that Richard Owen/RTI sold 90% of his shareholding yet was keen to retain 30,000 to keep he's name on the Director shareholding listing and maintain the financial board support in the company.

After selling 270,000 why bother to hold the last 30,000? I would suggest he wished to remain a shareholder but needed the cash for some reason.

Hope he didn't spend it on a Bugatti as I see this morning they have a dodgy VW engine.

Appreciate your honesty CT. I did speak with AEO post RTI sale and got the impression it was just time for them to move on having been in from pretty much the start and having made a decent profit, for me I am taking the lead from MIke Hale who has been on board since the transformation and very likely the missing ingredient to complete the circle making a successful and profitable business. My investment style is also to research and buy and then wait, checking the story remains intact often. I prefer this strategy of buying early to build a profit buffer as soon as possible which is the case here with AEO and 2 years dividends have been an added bonus along the way , hopefully soon to be 3 years. This has worked well with other shares such as OPAYYou kindly made me aware of TAL which I have been buying probably very early on but assuming good execution by management can only be successful IMO. The resignation of the TAL CEO today I see as a positive clearly there are some issues why they have not been profitable to date, maybe it will be a similar turnaround and hopefully Luke Johnson is going to be a semi hands on exec.

I was a bit top heavy having bought more at 37.5p the other day so I just sold them and a few more today as there is little appetite from potential investors it seems. This should leave a profit on the table for someone else. My only concern now that comes to mind was the sale by RTI back around May when R.Owen sold the 3% stake at around 33p. Hopefully that was not to do with some unknown problems that we are yet to hear about.

Chart looking great, upward trend and breaking alot of resistance levels.

With revenues and profits increasing aswell as 8-10% dividend yield I see no reason why this will not be 60p+ soon. Results could hit anyday, a previous year they results came in on 8th of October.

Spock88 the pull back is welcome at this stage and now the MM have pulled the offer price back on weak holders selling,or profit takers, so I am expecting to see a rally in the next secession or two.

Do not expect 5p Spock88, between 2/3p and a very good positive forward looking statement which should send them towards most posters targets which has been well documented here imo. DYOR but exciting times for the company lie ahead.
