14/12/2020 14:57 | I think a few investors have seen that the company may be featured on the MelloBASH tonight and as there are 500 investors attending the evening webinar are assuming it will be positive. That may not be the case and sometimes companies are analysed and seen in a negative light indeed Sell and Avoid are two of the options for the panel. I can say that investors and potential investors should certainly tune in tonight as it will be enlightening for sure. These are premier quality investor events... | davidosh
14/12/2020 14:42 | Obscure tip cannot be that obscure with people piling into this today. I can’t find any broker or guru tips on the internet today | curriedquaker
14/12/2020 14:07 | that's suspiciously vague. | cordwainer
14/12/2020 13:01 | Heard its been tipped somewhere. A relatively obscure rag by all accounts. | horndean eagle
14/12/2020 12:30 | Not leaky enough for the rest of us ! | cordwainer
14/12/2020 12:25 | Twice the daily average of shares traded in the first 5 minutes of trading this mornings. Already 10 times average daily volume traded up until midday. Something has being going on over the weekend, leaky ship I’m afraid. | curriedquaker
14/12/2020 12:12 | A lot of companies will be planning how to manage their offices as people return next year on more flexible work patterns. | ade45
14/12/2020 11:58 | Speeding ticket must be on its way. BOD cannot ignore a 30% share price rise without saying something, even if it’s only “we see no reason for the price rise”. I expect a RNS this afternoon. | curriedquaker
14/12/2020 10:27 | Not sure if a bid is coming soon, but there must be some corporate dealings going on behind the scenes. | curriedquaker
14/12/2020 09:58 | Is a bid coming I wonder ? | wanttowin
14/12/2020 09:01 | The somebody in the know is probably the BOD. It’s no coincidence that the CFO Bruce Morrison bought a few shares last month, and Bruce was brought in by Frank Beechinor because of his expertise in M&A and disposals with Bond International Software. Frank has not hidden the fact that he sees Smartspace at a £5 share valuation sometime in the future. Frank doesn’t want to be here for the long term, he wants to sell Smartspace on, that’s why I’m still here, but I don’t see £5 anytime soon. May get to £2.50 and that is when I’ll probably call it a day and move on. GLA and DYOR | curriedquaker
14/12/2020 08:46 | Good volume - looks like the buyer goes on. Someone thinks they know something.. | sspurt

11/11/2020 07:55 | Reduced / rebalanced my position here by about 30% yesterday @103p but still got plenty of skin in the game. Should be more about revenue growth than eps for a while; looking forward to fresh sales, recycled into increased marketing spend and a proportionate increase in operational personnel. | cordwainer
10/11/2020 18:29 | currie, many thanks-of course i am not looking for advice-my experience is similar to many including you-i am still down but the recent new were positive and there seems to be a momentum now -so hopefully things will look better in the medium term as you say! | ali47fish
09/11/2020 21:09 | You are not alone...I was here pre SMRT, luckily sold some when they went troppo in 2014 from memory, but then bought more @1.40 ugh. | xxx
09/11/2020 11:16 | Ali, I don’t give recommendations on what people should do with a share concerning price movements. The mantra is always DYOR. I, like you, have been here pre SMRT, been stung a couple of times, but in recent times when SMRT changed its business model to SAAS, I’ve personally taken the opportunity to average down. I’m still not in profit at the current share price, but have every confidence that one day I’ll make a tidy sum and move on. Bruce Morrison buying a few shares and the recent granting of share options at prices arranging from £1.50 to £5.00 gives me a degree of confidence to remain invested for the medium term at least. | curriedquaker
09/11/2020 10:45 | curried- i have been invested for along time pre smrt- i like you post- do you think the company will sustain a rising share price as iam kee to add and average down | ali47fish
09/11/2020 09:33 | Cordwainer, pleased you’ve hit £1+, but I think this has further to go, (and I’m not ramping). The strategy of BOD is to buy small companies that fit their model, and then sell Smartspace on. That’s why Bruce Morrison, CFO, was brought in with his financial expertise of buying and selling IT companies. Frank Beechinor has also not hidden the fact that this is the plan going forward, although his estimate of creating a £150m market cap company, with a share price of £5.00 is stretching it a bit. I’d be more than happy with half of that valuation, and that is why I’m here for the long run. | curriedquaker
09/11/2020 08:52 | ^U were right. Welcome to £1+ ..although it needs to be validated by a close at £1+ | cordwainer |
