23/11/2015 17:29 | playful - I don't see the changes you refer to. If you look at the last archived page here (from 22/05/15): The only change since then is that Shortis and Robinson have been removed from the list of Directors' Shareholdings. To be expected as they are no longer directors. | webpax
23/11/2015 16:11 | Our seller seems to be John Mitchell down from 5.9% as the holders page updated today would indicate. Insight into recent project: | playful
23/11/2015 09:00 | Anyone remember where Shortis (seems to have departed in a rush - could be a good sign if being replaced by a stronger manager or a bad sign if major problems uncovered) Andrew Shortis – Group Managing Director, Minimise Group Andrew joined Minimise Group in 2013, initially as Managing Director of Minimise Finance. In 2014 he was appointed Managing Director across all APC Group sustainability businesses. | pugugly
23/11/2015 07:13 | A good decision and should see the business refocus on what's actually worthwhile. | playful

19/11/2015 08:56 | I suspect in the future we might possibly work closely with Inspired Energy perhaps in a reseller capacity: “Inspired Energy Solutions offer a range of services to large businesses, which could dramatically reduce your energy costs and carbon emissions” | playful
17/11/2015 21:45 | The Next Gold Rush The Internet of Things (Where APC are strong) has captured the imagination of businesses worldwide who are foreseeing the next gold rush and are determined to be a part of it. 94% of all businesses have seen a solid return on their investment into IOT and the upside is still enormous, according to Adobe’s CMO. In fact, only 0.06% of things that could be connected to the Internet currently are, which means 10 billion things out of the 1.5 trillion that exist globally are currently connected. The McKinsey Global Report estimates that this could all end up adding $11 trillion per year to the global economy by 2025 This is what it feels like to be standing on the edge of a brave new world. hxxp://cloudtweaks.c | playful
16/11/2015 23:00 | The Langham, now that's posh establishment. The ESOS compliance requirments could put some wind in our sails Did anyone know we produce a toilet with a 1.5 litre flush that uses 84% less water than the average 9 litre flush toilet… | playful
10/11/2015 12:00 | Thanks Playful useful insight. If you have a line to Richard you might ask him why he chose not to re-state the line about the current funding facilities being more than sufficient that was in the August RNS. I am of a mind that what I'm hearing Richard is a good "ops guy" and that is just what APC needs right now to fix the bottom line and ensure processes and controls are in place to keep the wheels moving smoothly (I spent a fair few years in a process-heavy big corp, it's not rocket science but change does need driven through with a firm and steady hand). The only lingering doubt I have is what is not being said. I think once the review comes out and we have firmer guidance as to how bad things are the share price has to recover a bit as APC is just not a £6.5m mcap company given the revenue they will have even AFTER unprofitable operations are cut. E.g. on a 10% profit margin if they can make that should yield £2m+ profit and put this back in the teens with P/E in 5-10 range. | jimbobtechstock
05/11/2015 11:38 | I have spoken with Richard previously and find him down to earth and truly focused on the bread and butter aspects of the business instead of Mark Robinson who foolishly thought he was going to conquer the world. It is indeed a good risk/reward play for the non-traders and the fact Bob Holt continues to support Richard in guiding the business forward should provide a little more reassurance. | playful
05/11/2015 11:06 | Problem is, isn't it just a re-seller essentially? No IP themselves? | hydrus |
