24/11/2017 08:39 | Andy>> as previously posted the can is about half the current market cap. The lack of interest by funders is deafening and understandable. No doubt we will have another avator pop up soon to take the place of mr truth/paul in the optimistic relay. Segula will be AVO saviour with small shareholders losing all. IMHO | twirl
22/11/2017 21:59 | Andy, not sure they could do a Placing at 25p if they were to raise enough for more than 3 or 4 months. They need more that just PI's investing and until they have at least more milestones met if not a working prototype, then I doubt that will happen. I can't imagine the last fund that invested here is too happy with the current situation. | glibgibon
21/11/2017 10:34 | Placing at 25p ahoy? | andy
21/11/2017 10:28 | Unfilled orders,or else the market knows something ? | shakyhands
21/11/2017 10:12 | Looks like its the other way, quite a drop on no volume. | wi1l
21/11/2017 09:23 | 'If' there's significantly positive news coming then any finance is possible. | paul_98
21/11/2017 08:59 | wi11, Yes, I think this is as low as it can go for a 'discounted' placing, as the 'discount' is now quite small to the 25p minimum placing price. If it drops any further I would think a placing is off the table. Debt is the other option but with the assets already secured, what collateral can they offer? | andy
20/11/2017 18:37 | Hello Andy I think the drop in price was due to the selling today, all sells no buys. If they are going to have a placing they are possibly running out of time for that too as the mm's drop the price quite happily on any selling and it wont be long before they go below the 25p mark IMHO. | wi1l
20/11/2017 17:17 | wi11, Did the price drop today because a funding announcement is imminent? At 29p surely the 'discount' is not large enough v the risk? | andy
20/11/2017 17:14 | smithless, In my experience when a share price tracks sideways with no movement, a placing or other financing is often being done. It's held in the range whilst the book is built, a price fall could wreck the deal. I could be wrong but I think they are low on funds, so need to raise, hence my comments, | andy
20/11/2017 16:14 | Or... we will be hit with unexpected news again and it shoots up?!! | paul_98
20/11/2017 16:03 | IMHO not one to invest in - until l-t funding satisfactorily resolved. | wi1l
20/11/2017 16:01 | Their options are now pretty limited IMHO. In the main by going cap in hand to the Swedish investors but they would have come up with something by now if that was the case and they are playing ball. If you ask me the previous loan from them just allowed them to tread water and gave them a bit of time to explore alternatives, but the time must surely be nearly up and.......NOTHING?? And the share price starts drifting down to a point ( if it isn't already there) where a placing will not happen-anyone involved will want a huge discount to cover their risk. | wi1l
20/11/2017 15:03 | Andy - don't look at this site much, so to answer your questions. The share price is going sidewards, cos everyone is just in a wait and see mode, see being if the management can back up its funding claims in the results. I don't really see what it can do but to drop its nominal value eventually. It may limp along raising bits trying to complete milestones, but eventually, it will run out of options. This is a great ongoing story in ducking and diving. | smithless
20/11/2017 13:45 | Yup still holding though. | paul_98
20/11/2017 10:34 | paul, My guess is it's not proving easy to sell, they burn quite a lot per month so they need a few million. They are probably looking for equity or debt, or a combination of both. | andy
20/11/2017 09:39 | Andy: if you're so sure then why have we not heard? And when will we hear? | paul_98
17/11/2017 00:09 | glib, That maybe so, but I strongly suspect a fundraising is being attempted. Even decreased volume would allow some price fluctuation surely? | andy
16/11/2017 21:21 | Andy - I think alot of the sideways movement is to do with the decreased volume. | glibgibon
16/11/2017 19:02 | smithless, what does a sideways tracking share price normally suggest? | andy
16/11/2017 19:01 | smithless, It cannot raise funds below par value, if they called a GM to lower par value, what do you suppose might happen to the share price? They are raising now IMO. | andy
16/11/2017 09:29 | Even though it's unknown what happens next I'm really excited to find out. | paul_98
16/11/2017 08:57 | It's year end is fast approaching, so whatever re-capitalising is happening in the background needs to happen asap. If the cash burn has continued from the interim's it must be surviving day to day on credit cards and IOU's by now. IMHO if its ever going to raise fresh funding via debt or equity it will have to unwind past loans and the security it put up against these loans. It could raise funds below its 25p nominal value, just call a GM and reduce it to say 2.5p, but for some reason the directors don't want to do this. Isn't it better to get the cash and finish the project, rather than limp day to day from one cash crisis to another. Greed and vanity are never good bed fellows | smithless
15/11/2017 23:33 | paul, I doubt through to completion, but we shall see. | andy
15/11/2017 20:11 | As long as financing comes to allow us to get to completion, this remains a fantastic and groundbreaking proposition! I'm very happy in thinking my money could well double, maybe treble in time. IMO. | paul_98 |
