No problem, I phrased it poorly!

Well hopefully we can all stop guessing soon.

pual,

Ok, sorry!

You notice the price is still static? The longer this goes on the more likely a financing is being done, IMO.

25p placing coming per chance? My guess is they are doing a book build.

I meant having NO loan would be bad news! Lol

paul,

Not on bad terms it isn't!

When people are begging the company to invest, that's good, and the company pull the strings re price and terms.

When the company are begging people to invest, that's bad because others are dictating price and terms, and the company has no choice. That's normally bad for existing shareholders, dilution is the problem.

Of course, NO loan is bad for us!

paul,

What? Without knowing the terms?

Further loan would surely be good news for shareholders?

Speculation about raising cash needs to reflect on

segulah reputation of taking private

the consequences of not paying Blackfinch £5m on 27 March re Harley St

the £1m per month cash burn

market reluctance to provide funds in the recent past

To cover the next 6 months they will need £6m plus £5m. A placing at 25p of this amount will mean around 50% dilution. Often that would require placees to require a discount to the share price of much more than 5p/30p.

IMHO the funding crisis will be met by Segulah with a further loan. This will put shareholders in a very vulnerable position.

The famous phrase 'high risk high reward'!

Stating the obvious but if they struggle to arrange the financing beit a placing or long term loan the share price will rocket down even faster! IMHO its a very high risk share to be invested in so one should be very careful at least until the finance issues are resolved.

I've topped up recently too. It's a volatile share, and news if positive will shoot this up msssively IMO.

mam,

I think the price is static because a placing may be underway, it's often a good indication.

They cannot raise under 25p, so holding above 30p allows for a "discount" to incentise punters!

All IMO of course.

All seems to be calm with a surprisingly static share price.

I am assuming this is good news as bad news always seems to leak out, I am guessing therefore those close to the company are being advised nothing has changed from announcements made and everything is on track.

I honestly expected a month ago to hear of long term financing plans based all the media hype and on the companies burn rate, next week Friday 17th November will be 4 months after the last financing announcement by significant shareholders. IMHO I maybe a month out but I would not mind a small bet that next week we receive funding news. I hope so as I have continually topped up. Long term financing to at least ensure the company complete the build of LIGHT and then treat superficial tumors as reported by end of the 3rd quarter 2018 would IMHO catapult this share to nearer £1.

Any comments welcome.

Exactly!

The sideways movement is a huge hint that some sort of financing is in play, not often a stock stays static for a number of days.

Because they might not get enough takers at 25p.

paul,

I'm not sure they'll be financing all the way through, maybe a few more months at this stage?

I expect to hear that they have raised money via a placing or other source of funds, before Christmas.
