Delayed buys might be forthcoming at 11.45am...2 hrs from the tick ups. I dunno this time we might be in a breakout territory....look at the analysis on yesterday's news...next few wks could be very exciting.

Well done William-Just....I have to say as would everyone then that rise came out of the blue....and happening to a distress stock like NCS made it extra special.

If the AGM is taking place next month then that would give them time to complete any reverse takeover before Christmas (the cut-off point). If the AGM was to take place as last year in December then they would not have enough time to complete the reverse takeover before Christmas and the shares would get suspended! Though they would have 6 months from christmas to complete matters.

I had a wild punt on ncs at the low ant as i posted at the time on there most said i was mad.
but it bounced and my punt of £500 made me £12k
well as it was a wild card i sold.
but got back in at 1.27p and have 1 mill of them.
good luck all, and i have 500k of thease but had wondered if i had taken the right one this time.

William...Just...yes indeed they did not raise money.....and the chap did get the shares....I was referring to the more recent announcement about raising money at 1 pence to carry out an acquisition.

Smiler ncs did not raise any money when it shot up it was the fact that a chap caled Crosby purchaced 29% of the shares.

Today's RNS is very intriguing.......the company at the Interims announced that they could get a new guy at the helm and maybe they have got their 100,000 pounds from them. In return, the guy would get atleast 70 million shares (30%) in Advance Visual when the loan notes are converted. With the person getting 30% stake that would make them one of the majority shareholders and would inc. the new business through a reverse takeover.

So this way they've got the new management in and they'll have their equity in the new business.

Advance Visual in today's RNS have given hints more than once of their desire to get the new business in.

"The Company may convert the Loan Notes at any
time in certain circumstances, including the acquisition of a company or
business"

In Netcentric at similar prices to our current prices Mr Crosby bought shares totalling a 29.99% stake and then was appointed to the board. The price rose to 2.50 pence before settling at 1 pence when they announced they would raise about 250,000 pounds at 1 pence to carry out an acquisition. At the 1 pence level NCS reached a mkt cap of 1.43 million.......ACV would be 2.34 million.

The developments that happened with NCS may happen with ACV very shortly. DYOR.

If any Reverse Takeover was not forthcoming ahead of the 30 December 06 deadline then why would todays news be out!!!

In NCS a new director or someone took a 29% stake at 0.15 pence and the price blew to 2.50 pence on RTO. If ever there was one stock that had been written off by everyone at the 0.15 pence prices then that was NCS.
