Ripped off and they are allowed to get away with it. I wrote to the "company" (if the crooks can be called that) and no response was forthcoming.

They were supposed to be back and listed a year ago?

Another capital reorganisation; don't get the maths but my 1203 vaiomo (already consolidated from a substantially higher number of Acv shares) becomes 100 shares only. Can anyone shed any light on what appears to be the another screwing of shareholders hard earned?? The maths stinks, anyone else think so.

Just googled Voiamo and makes very interesting reading indeed. Company looking to raise 4m which will give market cap of 10m. Reduces the cost of international roaming phone charges by up to 95%. Looking to profits of 130m in its fourth year and roll out to over 30 countries.Whilst immediate reaction is oh yeah flog this on re-lising it certainly warrants consideration of adding let alone holding. Any other holders out there with a view?

Voiamo Group PLC is looking to raise £3.5/4.0 million with a float to AIM.

Taking over Voiamo Limited (mobile/sim tech) and name to be changed to Voiamo plc which will be listed on AIM (don't know when)

ACV shares to be consolidated 50:1

The takeover is all share, on a 1 for 1 basis (post consolidation).

How come this has not de-listed yet. The dead line to find a reversal has long past.

Guess i will have to write this one off now then as nothing is going to happen here.

Is this still just suspended? If so why don't they re-list with a totally different focus. i.e An acquisition/RTO in the mining/resources sector? Views anyone?

If less then 20% of the total shares in issue are held by PI then they can de-list without any fuss.
