Don't know but the notes are in units of £5000. They will receive £5000 as and when they convert each note.
Maybe they are buying second hand cars?

Directors haven't been taking any salaries and they did have cash balances at the Interims of #63,769 (30 June 2005 - #95,842). More than double the cost of the listing until Dec 06.

They've raised 100,000 pounds today...........listing costs these days are what 600K.....and the current mkt cap of ACV is 0.20 million.

If they get their new project for the reverse takeover then these could rocket.

DYOR as always.

Any ideas as to why and who from they have raised 100,000 pounds today???

The Directors continue to seek out appropriate acquisition opportunities in line with the "Investing Strategy" adopted by the Company at the last Annual General Meeting: to acquire a single company or business which will benefit from being listed on AIM, which has experienced management and which has the potential to develop into a substantial company within the business services sector within Europe. In the meantime costs are being kept to a minimum to conserve cash.

Just topped up with 1.50 million shares at 0.08 pence......bought 3 * 500,000 blocks at 0.08 pence. My buy trades will come through in 2 hours.

Hold 2.50 million shares in these now....bought a million shares a couple of months ago.

Reverse takeover announcement is days away.....today's RNS about raising 100,000 pounds was the confirmation that I was waiting for.

Same situation as NCS which did something similar and then the price rocketed to 2.50 pence....incidentally from the same price.

LNG not to bad overall. I paid 38p before the profit warning and I am still hanging on in there. There now 37p. Nice little buy in ACV today at 0.08p. I must of got myself a bargain to be saving 0.01p.

well I bought £205 worth today at 0.07p. You must have little to invest with to sell for 0.04p. Every 2 weeks I buy £200 worth of shares.

I was only able to get .04 for an actual sell of about 750k on Friday. That probably caused the slight dip and it is has now just come back up again hence showing blue. I hope for all holders sakes that you do see a reversal but I'd got fed up waiting and felt my money could be better employed elsewhere. What I would say is to check sell price for any volume as I found it difficult to get the stated bid for anything much over 100k or £60!. Good luck anyway

this looks very interesting. Companys as small as ACV in the past, have become 100 baggers in no time at all, after suspension and then the reversal being completed.

Actual spread 0.064p - 0.07p.

A RTO is definitely going to happen in DMR which is a snip at 0.325 pence - 500% gain should be possible once the new project is announced - the chairman has already an alluvial diamonds project to hand. DYOR as always.

This company is NOT on the list of 30 co's who have to De-List if they do not find a reversal before 01/10/06
