What is the position legally with this if they don't re-list. Is there anything to return to shareholders and can this be enforced. (Only a small holding but interested nonetheless.)

I think if they do not find a reversal by the 29th June 07, then its curtains. That will be six months after the suspension day.

17-12-03 Advance Visual says continuing to assess various opportunities

LONDON (AFX) - Advance Visual Communications PLC said it is continuing to assess various appropriate opportunities for the company, following the closure of its last two operating units.

Releasing its year to June results, chairman Barclay Douglas said: "The prospects of a reverse takeover being achieved have certainly improved in recent months and we remain focused upon succeeding in finding the right opportunity."


LOLs what was is the real dead-line here (to confirm the flat-line)?
