Facts are:

Predecessor to ADV was just one long string of failures.
ADV failed sending £20m to money heaven.
ADV has no assets.
ADV has cash to fund PLC costs maybe for 12 months, but nothing to do any meaningful investments.
The revised strategy has zero precedent for taking a company in ADV's position through to become a company that delivers real returns to shareholders. It does however have a lot in common with "strategies" proposed by other AIM investing companies which have been nothing more than lifestyle scams.

Yes there are a lot of ramping opinions coming from known rampers and fools, like smcl, who don't have a clue how things work in the real world, but that bit is just my opinion. The rest is fact.

Ok TCE give an example of a company in ADV's position, ie no assets and cash to keep the lights on possibly for 12 months but nothing more to fund any meaningful investments that has followed a similar strategy and delivered returns for shareholders - by that I don't mean shareprice movement but cash generation sufficient to cover all costs and pay dividends.

I can find lots of examples of scams that have been nothing more than lifestyle companies that have done placing after placing to keep paying the BoD and advisers until they eventually go bust leaving shareholders with nothing.

Where are all the get in before the weekend, heading for 1p executables this morning? Another classic AIM failure brewing, history is littered with these types of stocks, that couldn’t even make an impact during a decade of free money, imagine when the interest rate cycle starts cranking up! Dyor as usual, ts definitely advisable here.

Can't believe this is falling. Didn't the present management sit around whilst $20,000,000 was spent on 50% of a roll of the dice. And now they are to be trusted again to make another deal? What's not to like. They have no cash and plenty of disgruntled shareholders. And that's soon to be followed by leaving traders as the hype is extinguished. Be careful.

If you have not checked out #cgo then you are missing a massive opportunity - I called #ben at 13p and its now 40p - CGO is just 6p now and will be multiples higher in a matter of weeks / months.Contango holdings will be producing met coal in just 60 days!! - up to 800% upside in just 2 months - production starts in less than 60 days. CEO said last year in March earnings would be $12m PA on our met coal asset and that was before coal TREBLED in price. When we start production in 60 days Cgo will have earnings of up to £30m PA with just our coal assets which will take us up to £200m Market cap. So around 50p share price on coal alone without coke batteries!!! We have enough coal to run for centuries!! Around 1.6 billion tonnes of coking coal!!This is not including income from our Coking batteries which are starting to be installed in April this year! We also have our gold assets which are not even factored in!!Incredible value here! You have seen what Ben's creek did, now it's time for #cgo to do the same. Now is the time to buy. Buy at the bottom and watch this rise.

Are they going to borrow a few quid to buy shares in BP and Shell?

Or are they expecting people to be so scared of having producing cash generative oil wells with carbon fanatics running around they are going to pay ADV to take these embarrassments of their hands so they can plant trees instead.

Or are they going to sit there pretending they are going to do something (maturing options) without any money to do any deal until the remaining cash runs out.

At least Buffalo was a real project that had a real chance (just not as good a chance as the BoD led investors to believe) of making real money. What they are proposing now is a pure scam.

I said at the time of the RNS that it will recover strongly and see nothing to change my mind at the start of this week. Not one for your retirement fund but will recover back to .50p at the very least, where I will look at taking profit.
Priced to go bust and probably will do long term but not in the short term
