3. Price will drift down to 0.2p
4. Consolidate 100 to 1
5. New price is 20p
6. So drifts down to 0.2p again
7. Change the name of the company
8. Consolidate 100 to 1

What this has proved is that the so called "sophisticated" investors who put in the £20m can be just as daft as mugpunters - why pay £5m for the existing equity in a company that had nothing? How can anyone believe an UNPROVEN 2C resource has a 86% chance of being commercial?

However the big difference between SIs and mugpunters is SIs learn from their mistakes and don't make the same mistake twice.

Whilst the days of management dreaming about raising 10s of £m and then getting their own snouts deeply in the trough are not over. The days of this lot being able to actually raise that amount most certainly are over. They know that too which is why they pretend they can do it through debt and vendor finance, but there is nothing in in for the lender or vendor.

It is back to bucket shop keep the lights on placings from here until even the bucket shops can't offer a big enough discount to tempt people because there are no mugpunters with money left for the shares to be flipped onto for a quick buck. Ie where ADL was before this crowd came in and renamed the company to try to wipe out the memories - it worked once very much to my surprise as other similar attempts have failed elsewhere, it won't work again.
