Just an investing question for ADT Mining share listed on LSE(London) and ASX (australian).

Currently ADT mining is listed on above 2 exchanges . on LSE at 94p and the same on ASX at 1.56 aus dollar . As the currency is a pound equals 1.80 aus dollar, investing in ADT mining on ASX is much cheaper by over 10 to 15 percent( despite the £20 trading charge) Is the thinking correct or best to buy on LSE paying more.

Thanks ADT team

Yup. Strong heavily invested management team, first mover, developing juridstiction, poly-metal, strong institutional interest, strong potential for take-out (sandfire)....

What's not to like...?

They will be presenting virtually at the mines and money europe event 30 June to 2 July

Really interesting updated blog 17/4, from large holders of Adriatic (currently taking over Tethyan to create first mover major in the Balkans). Interesting comments on those who like the Solgold story and looking for another company with similar growth opportunities (I hold) - worth noting Paul Cronin awarded 'CEO of the Year' at Mines & Money London last year after Nick Mather the year before...

"...A recent NSR transaction was where the market-leading royalty company, Franco-Nevada, created a 1% NSR over Solgold's Alpala project in exchange for US$100 million. This project is at a similar stage to Adriatic with a PEA/scoping study having been completed in 2019. The NSR was sold over this project to fund DFS study costs vs Adriatic that would require capital to bring the Vares project into production. An NSR created over the Vares project would be highly sought after and highly valued given the world-class nature of the orebody, project financial metrics and near-production status; and we believe may attract a similar valuation as the Solgold royalty."

Hi guys, here is our follow up with Paul:

We talked about their proposed acquisition of Tethyan Resource Corp.

Cronin is confident the deal will go ahead, subject to shareholder approval, because there is a lot of value in it for Tethyan Resource Corp. 38% of Tethyan shareholders have agreed to hold Adriatic Stock for 6-months. This is "major support."

very good interview.very well structured and guided.

they are getting bosnian culture - good job hiring the consultants. how it works - locals are very helpfull till a lot of money is sunk. then one has to be carefull !! so long so good - still a honeymoon time.

they should probably lobby to rewrite some of the local laws !!! as - how can locals write them without much practical experience any way?

some of sandfire management originates from YU btw - hence additional love probably

I would "water down" Miloš witn another local person - banking system control of 4 eyes is crucial imo

what was not said was local infrastructure - it is important for the cost efficiency - as well as the environmental standards

never talked about local cost of elecricity

building an in house team means ambitiona - they will not stop at this one project! look at Kosova imho

I like the "political banking ie cheap money" financing aspect like EBRD bringing stability into the region - good move

regarding the share price - at 60p it is double the capital spent. at this stage it usuallay trades at a discount to the money spent. I will wait before my first buy.

Hi guys, here is our interview with CEO Paul Cronin:

Raised 25m Aus$ late last year at 1.0 aus$ per share (current price after recent drop). Enough to finance to BFS. Not many explorers raised cash before Covid 19. Metal resources look exceptional. Scoping showed IRR 100%+. Still high risk but worth holding as it continues towards BFS.

thanks -
short observations
-there is mining tradition there - good
- it is unstable environment there (which might be also good for opening a mine in Europe)
- overpriced share price imho

pa da vidimo što će Mujo i Haso opet sjebati. do sada imaju 100% uspijeh
