This is great news - they must acquire something or cease trading. If they cease trading the pretax loss next year will be wiped out and they would be on the verge of making a profit....

UPPOMPEII: If that was an exciting week you must lead a very quiet life - as indeed do I. Frankly ADP is an ideal share for investors who do not like turbulence or excitement or dividends ...or anything.

I wonder if all is now lost in this share espicially now ADP have fallen foul of the AIM rules brough in in 2005. If they dont come up with something pretty soon I should imagine the company will cease. Dont think we will see any money, there cant be any left after the botched RTO last year.

Interesting cause LHP another Leo Knifton shell company also appears to have dropped of the cliff and had its shares cancelled.
