LONDON (AFX) - Shares in Adorian PLC resumed trading on London's AIM market
this morning after it confirmed the annulment of its takeover bid for Anglo
Biotrans PLC.
The shares had been suspended in response to this takeover bid.

Proposed acquisition of Anglo Biotrans plc (Anglo Biotrans)
Restoration of trading


The Board of Adorian announces today that further to the announcement made on 27
February 2006, the proposed acquisition of Anglo Biotrans will not now proceed.

The proposed acquisition represented a "reverse transaction" under the AIM
Rules, and, accordingly, dealings in Adorian's shares were suspended. The
Company has today applied to AIM for the shares to be restored to trading with
immediate effect

imho -i suspect this deal may get scuppered -and i personally longer term --don't think that outcome -will be a bad thing for adp shareholders --lets await developments dyor

not really cash --but since that last posting of mine -last week i had a lenghty conversation with someone i regard as an authority on this company - my stance and view has now changed --in the light of fresh information received --sorry old boy -- i am being honest with the thread -thats all
