Placing of Shares

Share transfers

The Board has agreed to place 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each at a
price of 5p per share to Atun Select Fund. The 1,000,000 new shares represent
20.9% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

The £50,000 raised from the placing provides much needed working capital to
undertake due diligence on any potential reverse candidates that might be
identified.

Under the terms of the placing, Atun Select Fund will be issued 1,000,000
warrants to subscribe for Ordinary shares at 5p and 1,000,000 warrants to
subscribe for Ordinary shares at 8p, both warrant instruments being valid for a
period of seven years from the date of the placing.

The 1,000,000 new Ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Shares") will rank pari
passu with all existing ordinary shares and application is being made for the
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The Company also confirms that it is in the process of transferring shares in
the Company to satisfy and complete the CVA, as previously announced.

JUST IN CASE ANYONE MISSED IT THERE HAS BEEN A BIT OF NEWS AS OF JANUARY 18TH 2006:-

Further to the transfer of a convertible loan of £20,000 from Clarion Finance AG to the Royalties Corporation, the Company has accepted a request from Royalties Corporation for the conversion of loan notes to the value of £3,000 and has agreed to allot 300,000 new ordinary shares at 0.1p per share (the "Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Loan Note Instrument. This holding represents 2.48 % of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

The Shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares and
application is being made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

In addition, the Company has been informed that following disposal of Ordinary
shares, Atun Select Fund Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Company's issued share capital.

Well 2.7% may not be much of a rise = but on a day like today it's not bad . Today Adorian was the 234th best-performing stock on the market - outperforming 7600 others!

HARRY: Thanks for info on the "British Bulls" thread - which was a source I had not looked at before!
I'm not 100% convinced their analysis techniques are right - (they say ADP is a HOLD) but it's interesting to get a second - or third - opinion. For example they give EME - which BISHOPAWN mentions above - as a SELL IF!!!!.

For those who want a flutter elsewere, go no further than Empyrean Energy (EME)
Here there is imminent news on two drilling project in Germany for Gas and in California for Oil and Gas. Only 15 million shares floating around, with major shareholders with the remaining 52%.
The California operation is a couple of days into a 14 day drill.
The Glantal prospect near Frankfurt could be giving news on results anytime.

-i am not in bed with knifton - i am more of a competitor of his if anything - his role or influence over andorian plc is very limited indeed imho - i am obviously keeping my ears close to the ground on this whole situation and will let the thread in on any fresh info that floats loosly around the usual city establishments like madam una's etc -- if you catch my meaning -

HARRY: Funny share movement today. A sell at midday and then - almost as if someone had said "this share is far too cheap" - a rally at the end of the day.
You are well in with Mr Knifton - can't you find out at bit more about what's happening? We continue to have utmost faith, of course.
