Anyone planning to attend the AGM of ADP which is on 31 July 2007? The share consolidation is to be voted on at that meeting?

UPPOMPEII: If that was an exciting week you must lead a very quiet life - as indeed do I. Frankly ADP is an ideal share for investors who do not like turbulence or excitement or dividends ...or anything.

I wonder if all is now lost in this share espicially now ADP have fallen foul of the AIM rules brough in in 2005. If they dont come up with something pretty soon I should imagine the company will cease. Dont think we will see any money, there cant be any left after the botched RTO last year.

Interesting cause LHP another Leo Knifton shell company also appears to have dropped of the cliff and had its shares cancelled.

Gotta hand it to ADP - steady as a rock amidst all the panic

so am i right in saying that if we had 10,000 shares in ADP u would now have about 30,000 or something to that effect?

I take it we will be sent new share certificates to reflect this sub divided shares. I dont understand why they have done this. This surely cant stay a cash shell company for to long either. Theres new rules in force now regarding cash shells and ADP will have to come up with something soon or face suspension by the AIM market

HARRY..........you left one out - ADP! How ominous is that?

Also I'm worried about the company you are keeping. I hope you are not playing poker with Parvizi?

There was a small snipet in Shares magazine on Thursday that Knifton & Weller had disposed of a large holding of shares in Zantis Bio or something which is connected to ADP... and was responsible for knocking the price of ADP to its current 11.50p before suspension. Will post the article unless someone has it. Market makers were said to be unimpressed.
