the death spiral bunch usually need to see that a moderate
level of liquidity will be available, as otherwise they
can’t keep offloading shares. not easy to see how ADME
would manage that, ‘though if the share price fell to 0.1p
there might be some gamblers wanting to try their luck again.

Must be running on fumes. With cash of £0.11m at Dec 21 plus the placing of £0.561m in Jan 22, they had £572,000 of cash.

OSA’s salary alone is £409,000 and admin expenses are £2.340m a year (£0.195m/month). No wonder there is a material uncertainty and significant doubt as to their ability to operate as a going concern.

Looks totally dire. With the history of years of failure who in their right mind would give these serial clowns money? Even the death spiral conversion providers would want a hefty WAP discount to offload.

R0R, I am continually amazed at your optimism, I give credit to Osa and his promoters, your good self-included, for continually supporting this lifestyle company for Osa. Osa is a first-class promoter, I would put him the league of Trump, Ken Lay, Bernie M., the list can go on. Excellent closing price(?) why can Adme raise more money at this price? Pray tell, what is the spin they are proposing, a re-development of Aje Field, developing Barracuda which has been defaulted, a marginal field in Nigeria? Please enlighten us with your knowledge and support of these individuals.

Range, half full of what? 1. No new deals, 2. No Marginal Fields, yet Marginal Fields are now moving in Nigeria, 3. Rumors state EERL defaulted NHNL, 4. Aje Field still has not finalized the transaction and all money is going into financing the "Future Development" as production is basically watering out. Half full of BS would be my interpretation.

15 per cent price change on a tiny aim investment firm in
terminal decline hardly calls for a speeding ticket.

the fall yesterday just from someone dumping circa
£10,000 of shares … it doesn’t take much to crush it.

They could get some death spiral finance to keep paying OSA and the lads. Dress it up with a healthy dose of waffle about bridging them to the big news, use the boiler room to tell tall tales of a cornerstone investor or of game changing marginal field investments?

However it seems that a drop of 15% dosen’t warrant a speeding ticket these days. What would they say anyway? “We note the plunge in the share price and are surprised that anyone is even thinking about buying this lifestyle pish”.
