Profit7 That’s an out and out lie about what TBG took. They took £500k of stock and of that £100,000 went to the broker (nice, for them 👌).

But almost all of that will have gone to pay off OSA and the useless clowns still sucking off this dog. Indeed the cash position is much worse than is being portrayed as if you look at the change in just a few days where the loan is being upped from $20k a month to $50k a month.

Won’t be long until the next placing IMO.

Ask yourself what have adme actually got? A share in a black hole money pit that’s depleted and loss making in a swamp where any uplift revenue goes straight into the black hole.

They also have an apparent indirect claim on barracuda but that knoh court case is due this month

Then they have the most useless munch of directors on the planet that took millions and millions out of the market to pay themselves and they are all in long contracts that need severance pay To get rid of them. Almost all the cash recently raised would have went to pay just OSA.

So no revenue. Big debts. No projects. And now Randall appears with his history of running companies into the ground while sucking out fees and money from the market.

So the new USA Investors paid 1.2p per share for a 14% stake of ADM Adam Energy.

This suggest ADM is valued at c£5M,
However currently ADM is valued only £1.5M
