That values ADME stake at minimuim 6.3 million sterling up to 10.5 million contingent or 2.5p to 4.2 p. since deal was agreed last year nigerian gas prices have gone up a lot so values should be even higher than that.

PetroNor agreed to acquire Panoro's interest in OML 113 for an upfront consideration of USD 10 million, with a contingent consideration of up to USD 16.67 million based on future gas production volumes. Following completion, PetroNor holds a 6.502% participating interest, with 16.255% cost bearing interest, representing an economic interest of 12.1913% in OML 113.

revenue is now zero.

not just because those two aje wells are seriously
depleted, but also because *they have no FPSO*.

meanwhile, cash is king, but ADME has none.

& ADME owns nothing that will bring in cash.
