AND..........it is far better they have done this now and not waited until the company was renamed and up and running properly.

They gave away 1.5m in loan notes which they cancelled so you can't grudge them a profit on their options lol.

As pointed out by beamer on Lse, the 12.5m options were obviously forward sold on 21st and so a handsome profit for BGF, and although their official admission is 31st....they're already in the mix and so no overhang approaching. Gla :-)

It wasn't a sell, it was options excercised which resulted in an extra £43k cash in the bank . Gl :-)
