Let's get something straight - you asked how thr company can justifiy a mcap of 8mill quid. I responded stating that the deal is for 6.2million quid. You asked where it stated that in the RNS. I pointed it out to you with a direct wuote from this morning's RNS. Now you're arguing that the deal was done at 1p. Today's RNS states the deal was done yesterday at 2.8p. Valueing the deal officially at 6.2million quid.

The RNS actually states that the deal was agreed yesterday making the shares worth 6.2million quid hence my response to you 1 hour ago. I think it's quite clear I have an issue with misinformation from posters with absolutely no clue. No problem at all with the company. I'm just happy to continue to post facts. Some on the other thread intimating an EV of a quarter of a billion wouldn't be out of place!

When you say "the price agreed for 218m shares was 2.3m" you're completely wrong if you want to get all literal about it. No price has been agreed at all. A number of shares has been agreed. Share price was always going to change in the meantime.

Beeks we're fully aware it's a share only deal and therefore price is relative, so not entirely sure what point you're trying to make. Anyway you're not invested, just trolling, so why bother.

So if you follow this through, the new shareholders at the current price will already have doubled their money from what they agreed in early August. Compounded with no announced tie in, this could be a very interesting few weeks.Rule 45 - Just because a company has good growth prospects doesn't mean the share price will follow.

He is making accusations against you because you are trolling him no other reason.
He does not follow you around to troll you every single day.
He gets trolled by other similar style posters who are not you as it happens but troll him all day long.
Now and then he comes up with a decent or half-decent tip some of which I have profited from.
Thus he is more use on these threads than most.

Freddie news should "sink in" tomorrow and Friday. Would be surprised if this didn't at least touch 5p by Friday. Just needs to get a foot over 4p for starters. Share price too low right now.

As for not chatting in a friendly manner,i nearly wet my pants at that one , I do read your posts on your DIS thread !!
