What is the nonsense i have "chatted"?I'm the anti-nonsense candidate if anything.Chimers is an interesting one. Seems to have an awful lot of contract knowledge around ide, mxc and ad4.Threatening to out contract wins before a company can announce is a bit silly - especially as a paying punter on here..

Ad4 needed a CEO and good leadership team. Upon final shareholder agreement next week they will have one:) and a proven track success record as well with 100%growth to date. As long as they keep pulling in the
Money the share price will grow. I think we nee to wait until next week then we could see a further re-rate with announcements on new contracts

That's the point here.AD4 agreed a valuation for Cloud Co Co at c . 2m. When you acquire a non listed business from a listed business you value it, then convert that value in to shares. The fact the share price rose 3 times before the deal was completed means the volume of shares could have been adjusted down. I guess they didn't because they know without the deal, AD4 were not in a good place, and Cloud CoCo are the value item in the deal.I sold on the news yesterday FWIW. I am not deramping this just offering opinion on valuations.Assuming the valuation at 2m was about right, it also valued AD4 at c. 2m. The million dollar question is whether value is created from 1 + 1. Normally that value would be expected to be for the benefit of existing shareholders. But let's be entirely honest here, this is a reverse take over with Cloud CoCo reversing in to an already listed vehicle.Looking at the two companies, it makes sense for both. Investors in AD4 are now investors in Cloud CoCo.IMO AD4 has only nominal value.I hear Cloud CoCo has exciting deals to be announced. Are we serious about this? As a shareholder, how can I say whether 218m shares buying Cloud CoCo is good value without disclosure? Due diligence would have been done both ways. No doubt very light touch as neither are big companies.Personally think it is ludicrous that some on here see more than 1+ 1 = 4 (IE 2m + 2m = 8m, with 2m being the original valuation. That's a share price of 2p.If Cloud CoCo were really worth 6m, why would they have agreed to being acquired for 218m shares at 1p?Happy to be challenged here. .

I just invested yesterday off the back of the RNS does anyone have an idea where they think the share price will be by Christmas? Sensible answers would be really appreciated

Interesting point. If the acquisition values cc at 6m, that means the underperforming (and previously heading for zero) rump of the ad4 business is also valued around the same mark.

So the company has a market cap.of 12.2million. What does that equate to share price wise and does the market have to adjust no matter what to get there?

Beeks sorry to have to keep pointing things out to you but I don't think you read RNSs...they have won a 29th share of the fast track £400m Public Sector network deal, which equates to £14m. Doesn't this more than cover the current 8million quid cap?

Maybe legal redress on the cancellation of a contract by a major customer, as announced on 8 April 2019. The Company disputes the contract termination is valid and is currently seeking legal redress from the customer. Gl ;-)
