The European climate change summit yesterday...a funny comment at the end.

Andrzej Duda, the president of Poland, spoke at the opening ceremony, saying the use of “efficientR21; coal technology was not contradictory to taking climate action. Poland generates 80% of its electricity from coal but has cut its carbon emissions by 30% since 1988 through better energy efficiency.

Friends of the Earth International said the sponsorship of the summit by a Polish coal company “raises the middle finger to the climate”.

If the buying fizzles out to clear placing flippers you should get stock for 1.1p or less.

2018 has been a year where I've always bought too soon placing stocks, if I just waited a few days the price always drifted much closer to placing price.

Looking at the start today I think it's going to drop to 1.15p offer soon enough

Less than four weeks for 1.5million in shares to be sold and 375,000 of warrants to sell be sold. 1 year is challenging timeline, the usual daily volume is 1.5m shares. Buying in few months is more sensible and will help to reduce some of the insider traders winnings

Suggest you google positive and understand what that means.

It's only been positive for the placing vendors or some of them that have managed to sell for 20% profit today which in this market is pretty good as normally in most bad placings the offer price usually trades almost at the placing price on in this case say around 1.05p but they managed to offload a lot at 1.2p during the day

This is true There is normally a positive RNS (spin) to boost placing price But permit issue had the opposite affect . Terrible timing.

Feeding frenzy on open to snap up any stock close to a penny if it happens.

The company is expected to deliver some profits now that permits are signed and the vultures are sat on the sidelines hoping to get fed with their drama and nonsense.

For what it's worth, my opinion is that having mismanaged the process with permits, resulting directly in the drop in share price the directors should be ashamed of themselves for taking shares at 1p at the further dilution of existing shareholders. A modicum of integrity would resulted in being seen to take responsibility by paying at least 1.65p and preferably above 2p. Had they done so they would have quickly been back in the money on those shares. That all said, permits signed and a bit of working capital to get the plant moved from Utah.G.

Lets get this right aeg release rns company received permits, selling continues heavily article comes out no permits signed, aeg suspended. Sp fall to 1.15p and recovers to 1.65p then share price falls to 1.35p as placing at 1p.This was robbery anyone defending the company are part of the problem also.

I am a holder at 4.2p go and read my history. The flippers in this placing will all dump and then dump their warrants. The Nomad and Broker settled their bill with 1p shares so the price was in their interest. I would expect those shares to go in to the market as well but probably in a few weeks. Then we have the mugs who were done on the 3p placings (well the ones who did not short that as well).

I am so annoyed i am going to raise this crooked escapade at every opportunity and not just on these bulletin boards.

A few non holders on AEG trying to silently deramp this stock. Laughable they think this is worth under a penny. On the contrary this is going to go up now that the expected placing is done and out there.

Be careful of Deepestblue, hku821 - look at their posting history. They do not hold AEG stock. When asked for proof, they couldn't respond. A couple of genuine holders have called them out already.

The Directors better have parted with cash for their shares. At the AGM i will ask the question. If it is attached to non payment of salaries or bonus they will be in bigger s..t than they are going to be on Monday morning anyway. There has been illegal activity. I know personally every one of the regulated individuals, someone in their network has sold this share down. We, as shareholders should and now will get a shareholder list of who subscribed to this and those who held a short position prior with the same broker (wouldn't want the beneficiary to sell to their friend to settle a short would we) . The warrants are the final straw, someone made a profit before they got their shares and will make money from nearly free Warrants.

The Board had better have a lawyer to hand, as they could well be suing someone and i challenge them to make it me.

Steve,

Not quite mothballing of the Utah plant...

My understanding (correct or not) was that the Utah plant was being relocated to North Carolina as part of the agreement with Georgia Renewable Power. The plant will utilise 'waste' steam from Georgia for the manufacturing process. The quantities below imply a second plant being added alongside the first one.

North Carolina Update

Further to the announcement of 15 October 2018, Active Energy is pleased to announce that it has now identified the area in North Carolina for the establishment of the CoalSwitch(TM) operating facilities and that, subject to the completion of due diligence and securing available finance, the Company intends to acquire the site, which includes an established factory and surrounding land. . Some of the CoalSwitch(TM) operating facilites will be moved from the Company's existing site in Utah. The area is adjacent to Georgia Renewable Power LLC ('GRP') site in Lumberton, North Carolina to which it is connected by an existing steam line.

The Company remains on schedule to commence commercial production of CoalSwitch(TM) from its five tonne per hour plant early in 2019. In addition, the plan for initial CoalSwitch(TM) production to ramp up to full capacity of 10 tonnes per hour expected during H1 2019 remains on track. Initial off take supply agreements for CoalSwitch(TM) produced in North Carolina are currently being finalised.

Following the commercial agreements with GRP, the Company is now actively working on new biomass sales opportunities utilising the initial biomass supplies from North Carolina. The Company is anticipating its first revenues from biomass in Q1 2019.
