I think the 30p mark this year isn't out of the question. There is a hell of a lot going on behind the scenes and people don't fully understand the potential of this company . The poland deal alone is worth multiple millions . Peatswitch /coalswitch / biofuel /superfuel it's huge

Does anyone think this could be £1 per share one day (obviously would take many number of years)?

11% is a chunky holding if this is going to be as big as we all think it will be, I would want it back!!!😁

The noteholder who converted the shares would now hold over 11% if I have calculated this correctly. We should soon learn who has this stake. Maybe the conversion was to allow for the redemption of the funds??

Thanks Richie. Some interesting additional detail there.

Highlights:

60% of tree mass from forestry is waste. Rots to methane. Methane is 30x worse than CO2 as a greenhouse gas. But its all zero emissions fuel for AEG, converted by use of steam. Washed of contaminants in the process.

1/6 of the energy stock produced is used in the manufacture process. If placed at an existing power plant the steam produced by the plant can be used to manufacture the pellets. The pellets are more expensive than coal but the additional cost is offset by the carbon tax saved.

5-8 tonnes per hour being produced at Utah - - just from the 4 reactors at the single plant.

Presumably, in the same way that AEG process reduces potassium from OPT (slide 17) it also removes chlorine from EFB, thus resolving one of the issues identified in the conclusion of this October 2017 report on use of EFB for biomass:

The plants can be container based & mobile – flexibility to move
locations.
All CoalSwitch™ plants are modular and demountable, de-risking scaleup
of production capacity.
Commercial CoalSwitch™ plants will have a planned output capacity of
10-40 tonnes per hour, although larger scale plants can be designed

Developing CoalSwitch™ plants in Malaysia utilising Empty
Fruit Bunch (‘EFB’) and Oil Palm Trunk (‘OPT’) from plantation
and oil milling operations as feedstock
• AEG CoalSwitch™ is only technology to utilise palm plantation
residues due to high potassium content
• In advanced discussions with significant palm oil producers
and Government backed financial institutions in Malaysia,
Indonesia and Thailand

Slide 18

Thanks Paris. From the linked piece:

"The Northern Pen contacted the Department of Fisheries and Land Resources regarding the status of AEG’s proposal last week.

The department said it is working with AEG on a potential forest management agreement proposal “that will support and sustain the company’s business plan.”

“The department recognizes forest operators that are currently dependent on the forests of the Great Northern Peninsula and will ensure timber allocations are maintained according to departmental policy or through the promotion of positive business-to-business arrangements with Active Energy,” the department’s statement read.

“Government is committed to the sustainable utilization of the forest resources on the Northern Peninsula, which will contribute to the local and provincial economy.”
