Can anyone explain how many shares are in issue? In last weeks RNS: 963 million, on the LSE page: 908 million, a few posts on here say 866 million. I have seen a figure of 949 million too. Which is it?

By March 31, 2018, the Commercial Timber Allocation Policy will be developed, implemented and communicated to existing permit holders and new industry participants. Also by March 31, 2018, five per cent of the Crown Annual Allowable Cut will be awarded through Timber Sale Agreements, and by 2020, this will increase to 15 per cent. By 2020, there will be a 20 per cent increase in timber allocations and harvest levels over the previous five year period.

Interesting news on the loan note conversion. These lenders will be close to the business and are making a judgement that an equity holding is becoming more attractive. There is a mild diluting effect but imo the overall effect should be positive.

Building for Our Future: Premier Ball Announces Next Industry Sectors to be Developed in Phase Three of The Way Forward

The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, Ministers of the Cabinet Committee on Jobs, provincial MHAs, and representatives from the business and not-for-profit sectors, joined today in Grand Falls-Windsor to announce mining, forestry, and community sectors as the next areas of focus for economic development in the coming year.

Specifically, development work in the coming year will involve:

"A partnership with the Newfoundland and Labrador Forest Industry Association to develop a diversification plan for the forestry sector, and increase timber allocations and harvest levels by 20 per cent over the previous five-year period by 2020."

“The Newfoundland and Labrador Forest Industry Association is very pleased to be partnering with, and be supported by, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to develop a comprehensive diversification plan for the forestry sector. Recognizing that 90 per cent of our commercially available forest resource is allocated every year, yet less than 60 per cent is harvested, we have plenty of room to grow, as industry and government join together and work towards our ambitious goal to increase timber allocations and harvest levels by 20 per cent by 2020.”
Bill Dawson
Executive Director of the Newfoundland and Labrador Forest Industry Association

Believe you me I'm the worlds worse at looking at prices, but it's my research and understanding of the company and what the ceo has done so far that's shows me the intent of what's happening. Investors don't realize how big that poland deal was. Also investors under estimating the deal with YOUNG LIVING that was a surprise and yet another anvenue to go down. I know a few who have 7 figure holdings and I'm literally all in on this . It's not very often I come across a company with great future and prospects been around many years and when they come up I will hold to see the real gains. Best of luck .

I am getting a bit impatient but have faith in the company (hope I’m right) and everyone’s information and research to the company has been very insightful. I Need to really take everyone’s advice and stop looking at this page twice a day. Can’t afford to buy anymore shares sadly but would have liked to buy another 5000 to bring me to 100,000 shares.

Number of long-timers brought in around 5.4p - those that haven't average down, may take the opportunity to remove funds (that's been trap for the last few years) which is understandable, those that brought in sub 2.2p will have doubled their worth, also understandable selling on their part.Only sold news is going to keep holders - holding, new buyers taking positions

Gathering strength to have another go at the 5p barrier don't think it needs news with the previous announcements.

Thanks iLeeman. But with all respect - I don't think we need a fancy candlestick chart to be able to see where this one is going ;0)

DYOR quiet watchers on the sidelines - its a compelling story on both financial and ecological fronts.
