Good news from Ballard this morning and might explain their stock price movement last 2 days:

RUGAO, CHINA, June 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Ballard Power Systems (NASDAQ: BLDP)(TSX: BLD) today announced the signing of a definitive agreement with Azure Hydrogen (Azure) in relation to an assembly license for Telecom Backup Power systems for the China market. The agreement has a value of approximately $6 million over the 2014-15 period.

Telco backup market is certainly now accelerating across the world

I see the disingenuous pump and dumper mattjos is being economical with the actualite again when it suits him

He doesn't mention Relion as a Comp in his table

Relion was taken over recently for $4m

That would valued ACTA at about 1p

Testing of systems for the accumulation of hydrogen
June 12, 2014

ENEA in the first row in the project HYDROSTORE of Industry 2015

One of the technical challenges to get to a large-scale use of hydrogen as an energy carrier is the most efficient and economical solutions to the problem of the accumulation is still open, and transportation.
ENEA for years been involved in these areas, participates in the industrial innovation project " HYDROSTORE ", funded by the Ministry of Economic Development under the call" Energy Efficiency "- Industry 2015, which aims to develop innovative technologies for hydrogen storage as well as in mobile applications (vehicles) that for the stationary ones (production of electricity for residential buildings ) , so as to ensure high storage capacity and reductions in costs and energy consumption.

Central element of these innovative technologies is the use for hydrogen storage of special sorbing materials: the metal hydrides , solid materials which therefore also considerable advantages in terms of safety.
Currently in Italy there are not producers of these materials, which they are already marketed in other countries, the project intends to, through the collaboration of companies, research institutions and universities, creating the first national chain of production of metal hydrides for hydrogen storage , which, starting from the research to come up pilot plants and the pre-industrial demonstration.

The project started in 2012 and which is scheduled for completion in 2016, is producing its first results: it is at an advanced stage the construction of working prototypes of tanks for hydrogen-electric boats to the waters of the Lagoon of Venice. For tanks were selected metal hydrides, developed by ENEA in collaboration with Venice Technologies, working at room temperature. These prototypes are able to guarantee to the ferry, in the conditions of temperature of the lagoon of Venice (5-25 ° C), a range of several hours of navigation.
Regarding stationary generation are in the experimental stage prototypes of tanks with systems production of hydrogen from renewable source to be used for co-generation of electricity and heat systems: in fact, with these systems it is possible, in addition to producing electricity, also recover heat from the exhaust fumes of combustion to the heating and / or cooling of environments .
For the prototype tank for stationary applications were selected metal hydrides based on magnesium hydride compacted developed by ENEA.
All knowledge acquired on the storage systems can also be exploited in other application areas, including, particularly important, one of the vehicles on the road .

Partners of the project, in addition to ENEA, ENEL Engineering and Innovation SpA, Acta Spa, University of Padova, TPA Brianza, Giacomini SpA, University of Rome La Sapienza, Interuniversity Consortium for the Development of Large Interface Systems CSGI, University University of Pisa, RSE SpA, SOL, University of Genoa, SGS Future SRL

This is the last post I can see from mattjos relating to ACTA

Mattjos 12 Jun'14 - 16:42 - 35 of 35 0 0

well Nat Grid Pension scheme are already gone as a consequence of their new fund manager.

Joseph Henry Family, L&G Cheviot Asset Management & JM Finn Nominees are the other big holders as far as I am aware.

Whether Helio are going all the way out or not, we'll have to wait and see

Do I read this correctly ?

National Grid AND Heliocentris both SELLING OUT

When Industry partners / customers etc are dumping you should be very scared indeed. It fits in with ACTA and their track record of failure, consistent failure.

No wonder mattjos admitted he was buying CCE recently.

CCE are everything ACTA aren't.

British, understated, deliver vs Italian, over the top, fail to deliver

Given the silence from mattjos I suspect he has been selling out of ACTA in the last few weeks.

He had just visited the plant in Italy so him selling out would be a very bad sign.

Riddler is just a smalltime pump and dump merchant so if you are gettign second hand information from him then you are just a mug sheep who he is using.

The Company's first live site evaluation, which began in the Philippines in early November 2013, has now been successfully concluded with the customer's confirmation that the system has performed to their satisfaction and as specified.

The next stage of adoption in each case is expected to be the inclusion of the Acta Power in the customer's catalogue of approved products, allowing local managers to specify the system for larger projects and installations, and the negotiation of larger network evaluations of the system, which are typically of 50 to 150 units per customer network with up to 50 units in the first call-down. Acta is now engaged in such negotiations with multiple mobile operators, and while this stage of the process is taking longer than had initially been expected, in some cases this is due to the need to approve the product on a global basis, rather than a local country basis.

The Company expects that the initial multiple-unit orders for Acta Power systems will be signed by mid-2014. The Acta Power system has a list price of €30,000 - €75,000 depending on system specification and auxiliary components

RSI bottomed and a retrace to 6p on route on techs and expectation of first large orders in next two weeks ala pre end of June .
