15/6/2014 13:54 | Why CCE Camco Clean Energy could be about to Multi-Bag* *(by multi-bag we mean more than 200%. As a sense-check note that last Summer CCE went up 800% from May to September and the last time it formed a Golden Cross the stock did 260% within a Month) Fundamental Newsflow catalysts CCE specific Results due out by end of June - should be pretty meaningless in and of themselves as historic/backward looking and won't include any revenue from the Cargill Biogas facility they bought for $3m due to deal only completing on last day of the last financial year. Outlook statement should be positive. Day of last Prelims Management CEO and CFO both bought shares in the market so worth watching for that. REDT to present at major Energy Storage conference this coming week. REDT presentation to be delivered by Sir John Samuel. How many AIM small caps have a Knight of the Realm promoting their story ? This guy is a great British entrepreneur with deep knowledge of this sector and he is still working hard to push this British Global Tech leader. hxxp://www.mjmenergy Next week he will be presenting alongside major potential customers such as National Grid and RWE House Brokers who have not written a Research Note for almost TWO YEARS due to publish Research soon. Their 'rating' is under-review. They have however commented recently about a comparitor company Intelligent Energy (see more below) CCE related President Obama due to announce Biogas Roadmap for USA ( hxxp://www.whitehous Intelligent Energy the fuel cell energy company is due to float soon with a Market Cap of over £500m. REDT operate in very similar areas and thus IE float could provide an interesting valuation read-across for REDT. Technicals Golden Cross - Just formed on Friday June 13th. Chart packages/services should update in next few days sending a major buying signal to technical traders. Bull Flag Breakout - Stock has demonstrated it laughs in the face of 'Sell in May and go away' having done 800% last year. Chart also shows major gap-up potential | stockhope syndrome
12/6/2014 16:56 | mattjos penny for your thoughts | stockologist
12/6/2014 16:43 | Agreed ; I went in huge at 12 Lad | norbus
12/6/2014 15:42 | well Nat Grid Pension scheme are already gone as a consequence of their new fund manager. Joseph Henry Family, L&G Cheviot Asset Management & JM Finn Nominees are the other big holders as far as I am aware. Whether Helio are going all the way out or not, we'll have to wait and see | mattjos
12/6/2014 15:27 | I suppose it comes down to voting rights or some such at the end of the day... someone nibbling away now. 5.2m doesn't sound like too many to get rid of though...:-) | pearcy2
12/6/2014 15:17 | crafty sods never declare as they should do pearcy. The company is obliged to declare as/when they are informed rather then when they are aware .. The holder should do as thresholds are crossed but, seemingly this is never policed or enforced (nothing ever is on AIM as most of the 'professionals' are little more than crooks & spivs themselves). To have realised 300k from ACTA stock in 2013, assuming an equivalent 10c average sell price, they would have sold circa 3m shares, thereby taking them well below the 3% threshold. Cantor and Altium will not have been unaware of that action .... yet there is no revelation to the market and the company website remains showing them at 5.2m share holding. If pressed, Cantor/Altium will no doubt have some smart-alec reply along the lines of "well, you see, it is all part of a single transaction that has yet to be completed so, really there is no obligation to declare" or something to that effect. Maybe I'm overly cynical but, this is AIM & therefore anything goes. | mattjos
12/6/2014 14:51 | what is the threshold at which a holdings RNS has to be released? 5.2m/170.431939m = 3.05% so they wouldn't have had to have sold many to go below 3% if that's a reporting level? your assistance is most appreciated. | pearcy2
12/6/2014 14:42 | As I said, neither Cantor or Altium are interested in the bid at present. Whoever is selling looks to be getting more desperate to sell out but, not getting much interest. .. Cantor keep trying to waggle it about to suggest their seller is done but, until at least the Holdings RNS re. Helio comes out, who will believe them? Just have to see how quickly Helio want their cash out .. my guess is sooner rather than later and they've told Cantor to get rid the lot, pdq, irrespective of the affect on the share price. | mattjos
12/6/2014 14:36 | I c cantors dropping the offer to 5 again..... | pearcy2
12/6/2014 12:14 | No ITM pennyless was at 50p,35p and 30p but could easily be at 7p in a few months I feel sorry for the guys who went in at these levels. | sleepinggiant
12/6/2014 07:49 | That is correct | mattjos
12/6/2014 07:46 | Mattjos, Heliocentris had 5.2m shares in total, is that correct? | pearcy2
12/6/2014 07:46 | Last funding round was at 7p if I recall. | norbus
12/6/2014 02:37 | Get some more sleep Giant. If you can't take heat, get out of the kitchen. Try not to parrott everything; that does not reflect on your genius. You are a genius aren't you? I feel sorry for the guys who jumoed in at 60p. good luck | norbus
11/6/2014 18:12 | The sellers are not done in ITM profitless. Must be the main nob selling here to take options up at a lower level, saying that may as well use the placing proceeds again to do that. | sleepinggiant
11/6/2014 17:26 | Well they have now hit the buffers. PugUgly has a point warning if slide continues from Heliocentris sales a rout is likely to develop as many rush for the exit What is even worse, is that there has been no convincing push back from Paolo on prospect to cure the particular ailment they now clearly face | norbus
11/6/2014 15:19 | I think you need to familiarise yourself with the Heliocentris Annual Report and their stated objectives for 2014 onwards, Pugugly ... this should answer your doubt. Due to the timing of the JupiterE transation, it just looks to me like Helio simply need to cash in what they have by way of liquid investments to minimise their need to go cap in hand elsewhere (debt or equity). | mattjos
11/6/2014 15:10 | Mattjos:> Far more significant (imo) is that Heliocentris may have come to the conclusion that the ACTA product is NBG and are bailing out to save their investment plus doem profit (hopefully). If they continue selling below 4p there could be a massive rush for the door at any price. (imo etc) Any other thoughts / Apart from the fact that the directors are overpaid. | pugugly
11/6/2014 15:05 | come on Cantor ... get the job done by Friday close, fgs | mattjos
11/6/2014 14:07 | if it is simply Heliocentris selling out, I assume they will now need to get the job done sooner rather than later to help fund the acquisition. They seem more determined to sell today & less concerned about what that may do to the share price short term than previously. I see no need to step in yet and take stock off their hands, any more so than either Cantor or Altium seem willing to do. If they are not sticking around then why should other investors bid them for the stock in their hour of need? They picked up 5.2m at 4p in 2012 and we know they realised 300k from sale of ACTA stock prior to 31.12.13 (from their 2013 accounts - Other Operating Income) Hopefully they will have to clear the lot in the very near term and be forced to do so at below their cost price if there is no bid | mattjos
11/6/2014 11:08 | The seller is not done; shame. come on Paolo; all the options you just got.. | norbus
11/6/2014 10:29 | mattjos even abandoned his ramping thread | stockologist
11/6/2014 10:25 | Telling tick down ; the seller broke down the 5.50 bid. A wing of hope disappeared yesterday with Forward E going to Heliocentris.. Acta can't have much money or credit if any left; With no sales announced, and increased headcount and overhead, they must be carrying a load of stock. looking seriously like the funding if investors want to save their ass, or more likely the takeover. | norbus
10/6/2014 19:03 | If you read the last set of Heliocentris results you'll see that they have been offloading their stock in ACTA .. presumably to fund their recent deals and thereby minimise their own equity dilution. Since we haven't had a Holdings RNS yet, I assume this is for whom Cantor are selling at present. Today's Heliocentris news item may herald them clearing / coming to the end of their ACTA holding in their quest for cash but, I suspect not yet. They are being rather cute though as all three parties (Heliocentris, ACTA management & Cantor) undeniably know full well that Heliocentris have offloaded stock and seemingly continue to do so but, there has been no Holdings RNS and the company website still shows Heliocentris as holding 5.2m shares (as per the original 14 March 2012 RNS). | mattjos |
