06/11/2007 11:51 | Day after day sell after sell. The share price is slowly but surely collapsing. www.armshare.com indicated they had never seen a companies share price rise to such heady hights....lol This must be the most overramped and overvalued company out there. The reality check is coming though. | ba5hir is back
05/11/2007 17:28 | Anyone yet analysed a comparison with Kurawood (KURA), which is racing away today? Not so far down the line as AXS, but with a market cap of anout £20m may have more scope at this stage? | shavian
05/11/2007 17:08 | These were the first four bullet points in the Full Year Results to March 07:- Successful construction, commissioning and start up of 30,000 cubic metre commercial AccoyaTM wood production plant in Arnhem * Demand for production capacity for current year and beyond, with trading agreements in place * Large order for AccoyaTM to be used to construct heavy-traffic road bridges, confirms a major new global market opportunity * Immediate plans to double capacity of the Arnhem facility to 60,000 m3 by mid 2009 | busraker1
05/11/2007 16:59 | goosegreen - I agree Accoya can be machined but i am unsure to what depth the penetration would be in a section therefore if you cut out a rebate or a groove it is possible that untreated timber would be exposed. I would be interested if anyone knows to what depth Accoya is treated & is this system any better than protemising in a joinery situation. spudders | spudders
05/11/2007 15:52 | Thanks Spudders and Bus (and it's 30,000m3 capacity is sold out, once it's fully producing. ) So just to reiterate this 30,000m3 is sold as soon as it it produced,ie it is on order , waiting to be delivered.? If so I can assume the wood is in demand in the market. Just need to reassure myself of the potential here. | bob alan
05/11/2007 13:53 | spudders I believe that Accoya can be machined as easily as standard wood which means that is is suitable for joinery etc. jon | goosegreen
05/11/2007 12:27 | Bob, The only place currently able to produce Accoya is the Accoya plant in Arnhem, operated by Accsys. They are getting the plant up to capacity as soon as they can and it's 30,000m3 capacity is sold out, once it's fully producing. Accoya isn't available enough yet to be visible. Next step is for licences to be sold for companies to build further accoya plants around the world. These may take 18 months to complete before production starts. Arnhem itself is planning to expand capacity to 60,000m3 as soon as possible. | busraker1
04/11/2007 16:10 | Bob, me in the joinery trade & not heard or been sold accoya by merchants, that said I know of 1 firm that uses it in small quantity's. The product looks most suited to general building rather than joinery as this needs machining. I am a holder as I think it has great potential in the construction industry but it takes time for builders to adjust to new products. DYOR spudders | spudders
04/11/2007 15:52 | Does anybody know if this wood is actually selling in any great quantity?. | bob alan
03/11/2007 10:27 | Be nearer 3eur soon. | ba5hir is back
02/11/2007 10:39 | Drip drip drip day after day. You lot wont be told. I predicted JQV down its collapsed. I predicted MTG down it collapsed today!!! This co is well overvalued and the share price could drop as fast aas its risen. | ba5hir is back
02/11/2007 10:36 | A little news needed to stop the drift? jon | goosegreen
01/11/2007 17:25 | Thanks. ignored. Though I never filter anyone. Even the idiots (just look at the KCOM thread.....), you'll see what I mean. I have no worries about this share (right now) - or the thread. So far, 2 years on etc, it seems to have been pretty constructive. Both the comments & the share price | damanko
01/11/2007 15:16 | ........d, ignore him he's a pest, nothing constructive to say and I filtered him some time ago. | g1ll1s
01/11/2007 11:06 | Ba5ir, I stated this year, not the past few months. If you look at what the share price was in January 2007, and the level it is now, I believe it to be a reasonably accurate comment. I have been invested in this for 8 years, a graph representing 2 or 3 months really doesn't matter to me. Happen your concern is short term only. | damanko
01/11/2007 11:00 | I hardly think the share price has been "resilent" I make it about 20% downf rom its highs and the share price weakens avery day. Its over valued and over ramped. | ba5hir is back
01/11/2007 10:20 | 1st November 2007: Have updated the major holders in the header, per the latest information I have located. If anyone has different information regarding holdings, please advise. For those of you who aren't aware - M&C, plus the 3 individuals (holding 55.42% of Accsys), were part of the original parent company, going back to the 90's, then called STG Holdings. Which was an unlisted company, as is MacNiven & Cameron Equity Holdings currently. Until M&C, Alleshch-Taylor and the 2 brothers decide to sell/dilute their holdings, there is no chance of any serious takeover activity. As a shareholder in Macniven & Cameron, I believe that day will come, in order for these 4 holders to realise substantial profits. To further complicate matters, M&C is 95.8% controlled by ICC Properties, domiciled in Gibraltar. ICC is the vehicle of the above 3/4 named parties. Back to AXS, I'm not certain how many shares were listed in Amsterdam a few months ago, nor the impact on the overall share structure. All that aside, Accsys has proved to be pretty resilient this year, despite the gyrations of markets in general. As usual, the licensing news should be the key factor in any further upward price movement, things have been pretty quiet on that front recently. | damanko
30/10/2007 11:38 | New short term low and the fall will continue. | ba5hir is back
29/10/2007 10:48 | Scaring the PI's on here didn't work :¬) - cos there are hardly any here! The price may drift a bit, with support at 360 on the chart. I don't have a problem with you shorting it, just be aware that licence agreements are on their way which will secure next years' profits and eps targets etc. All the best. | busraker1
29/10/2007 10:09 | busraker1 Didnt work eh!!!! Its going nowhere while the markets are up. Mark my word this will collapse the market cap is at dizy hights. | ba5hir is back
23/10/2007 23:29 | Well, the rain in Spain, this year - fell mainly on the cricket grounds. Managed only 2 full games out of 6. Anyway, back to business, the IC is obviously bullish on AXS, and has been for a year or so. Good to see consistent support there. If anyone knows of a website that lists holders, please post a link and I'll get the info together & include in the header. In the past I have used sharecrazy, but I'm not sure their info is up to date. Regards, damanko | damanko |
