22/6/2007 14:17 | Good to see SAAD increasing their holding. This could continue. e.g. they hold 27% of PDL | lasata
22/6/2007 08:14 | galoot, have amended the header. The info came from another poster - azalea, who kindly posted the holding info on 4th June. However I think he mentioned that it is possible there is a mistake with the Framlington holdings being duplicated. I'm sure he is right, as the figures add up to slightly over 101%. I have also amended the SAAD holding to reflect yesterday's RNS. Whatever, the free float is starting to look miniscule, I imagine the management is looking seriously at a further issue. 4 of the holders, the 2 brothers, Allesh-Taylor & MacNiven & Cameron (an unquoted company, in which I have shares) - are connected. Long story, but goes back to a company called STG Holdings, in the '90's. These 4 hold 55.42% of the equity between them, which makes Accsys pretty much takeover-proof without their approval. One thing is for sure - demand will outstrip supply, if things carry on the way they have. Which should make the share price move. One way. As long as the good news received to date carries on. | damanko
