What was Jeesr Industries motive for building up a stake ? They haven't purchased more as far as I can see.when do they have to give a rns ? Any purchase or when it reaches a specific higher percentage ?

Some small lot of ACRL shrs might be the same thing which I had, after receiving my "share" of the recent offer.

About 2 wks later I suddenly found a small number of shares appeared in my broker account, for no reason....which I promptly sold.

My guess was they were a share of some offer shares which were not properly taken up and were then distributed to other clients.

I suspect that 86 shrs were a sell, not a buy - even however they were described.

Almost a year from the Accrol Investor deception scam..... an absolute disgrace that this company was allowed to list with what seems to me to have been a fraudulent and misleading prospectus

2p or not 2 p that is the question . Very apt for loo paper.anyone who purchased at 15 p in the offer should be happy . If Evil is right and they reach 75 p in the year thats a 5x increase from the issue price.

As long as it survives getting wet and a small tear without allowing the contents to escape it is a good idea.
Many people are now turning to " environmentally friendly products" and companies want to be seen to be environmentally concerned.

Just as well other people had more faith in the company and decided to buy the shares. Obviously a lot will be sold over the next few days as some take a profit.

If pulp prices don't drop and no difference in the pound can not see the company Surviving.I did not put in the share offer.

Why would jessr take 5% if they thought there was a risk of failure ? They would have taken a good look before making such a large investment .it would either be a prelude to a bid or to make a profit on selling on the stake when the shares rose.IMHO.

It appears that of the Excess, I only got 5.37% of the amount I applied for, in addition to the basic entitlement of 1 for 10 of my current holding.

The Company reports that it has received valid applications in respect of a total of 37,108,972 new ordinary shares of GBP0.001 in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"), representing a percentage take up of 287.64 per cent. of the New Ordinary Shares available under the Open Offer.

12,901,200 New Ordinary Shares are available under the Open Offer. All qualifying shareholders who applied for some or all of their basic entitlement to New Ordinary Shares under the Open Offer will have those applications satisfied in full. Qualifying shareholders who, in addition to applying in full for their basic entitlement to New Ordinary Shares under the Open Offer, applied for New Ordinary Shares under the excess application facility will have their applications under that facility satisfied on a basis that takes account of their respective holdings of shares in the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 18 May 2018.

Flurry of buying late afternoon but no rns this morning.hopefully the rise will continue this morning.7.5% gain yesterday overall.time for evil to buy some more. If he purchased at 27 previously a top up now is called for. He thought it will rise to 50 .

Rns yesterday show large chunks of shares changing hands. One mans meat is another ones poison ?over the weekend i tried one of their products which was better than the normal well known brand i usually use .it was also 33% cheaper.i have never purchased before because i thought if it was rubbish it would be money down the drain ! One could always use aim shares certificates instead !

evil has purchased these at 27 and thinks they are worth 50p . if a competitor purchased 5% of the company at 20p then they obviously had the same idea. should be a riser on Tuesday !
