01/4/2018 11:01 | letmepass - "As for ACRL, it's just started.. Dropped far too low" No shares can ever be too low if the company admits to not being able to service their debt. The correct price for such shares is 0p. This does not mean the company is valued at 0p it can still be worth £100s of millions. Look at Carillion for example. Investors stumped up £18m in November 2017 its all gone. They are predicting a loss of £13m to April 2018 with debt of £34 million and banking covenants they expect to breach. The three financial lights are all flashing red. CASH - LOSSES - DEBT. You seem to be blind to all of this and only focus on the positives. The shares can recover well past 30p but as a PI its all about where you are when the music stops. | pwhite73
01/4/2018 10:45 | Pwhite I see what I see.. PYC went to 32p..from 1p.. Lots of monies made for lots of people. As for ACRL, it's just started.. Dropped far too low.. So buying opportunity.. Major buyer on the door.. How much more does he want? Does he know someone in the banking arena and its covenants? Yes there are possible downsides but at the moment see on upside to 30-40p at least then news will dictate up or down motion.Up up up 30p next week | letmepass
01/4/2018 10:38 | Rampers AHOY! | lionheart79
01/4/2018 10:33 | letmepass You are certainly one for ramping whatever shares you hold. Your posts are littered with share valuations multiples of the price at which you are holding. Do you remember this from the PYC thread. letmepass - 30 Nov 2017 - 3580 of 4934 - "50p coming" PYC are currently trading at 5p. You're a decent guy but just you be careful with Accrol. I could be wrong but what I say has some merit. | pwhite73
31/3/2018 23:24 | Pwhite that maybe true or not.. I never fully believe a poster and would rather do the research.. . I see 30p+ coming that's all.. Was 150p last year and if covenants get banked then up we go again.. Like most shares its a gamble but way undervalued at anything less than 30p. | letmepass
31/3/2018 20:39 | The buyer isn't buying for a rise in the shareprice unlike yourself. The buyer is buying to position themselves for a break up of the company as they are in the same line of business. If you think the buyer is buying to take on £34 million worth of debt you can think again. RNS 05/10/2017 - "At the request of the Company trading on AIM for the under-mentioned securities has been temporarily suspended from 05/10/2017 7:30am, pending clarification of its financial position." An £18m of funding was raised in November 2017. Four months on they are out of cash again and due to breach banking covenants. Be careful. | pwhite73
31/3/2018 18:27 | Thanks Pwhite.. You were saying that at 8p and now 20p.. I'll keep buying as the buyer does.. No resistance until 30p | letmepass
31/3/2018 15:29 | The RNS's have all the hallmarks of a takeover of the company's operations. But it is a takeover that leaves PIs with zero as the PLC part of the business is placed into administration because of the £34 million debt. They raised £18m in November 2017 and admitted on 19/03/2018 that all the cash was gone due to settling with creditors, breaking foreign exchange contracts and inventory debts, This has led to a breach of one of its banking covenants and the others are under negotiation. If you've made money from the recent rise good but don't get greedy. | pwhite73
31/3/2018 10:35 | Can see this hitting 30p with the buying pressure | letmepass
30/3/2018 15:33 | Letmepass That is true it's more calming to see another "competitor" holding a stake in accrol, possible takeover bid after building a % in the company whilst its cheap.. next week should be interesting. | bauchsapt
29/3/2018 17:36 | Some other tissue manufacturer is building a stake.. You need to ask why? | letmepass
29/3/2018 16:45 | Makes me wonder is something afoot? | bauchsapt
29/3/2018 15:30 | RNS out buyer increasing his stake.. Long and strong | letmepass
29/3/2018 13:09 | Hopefully the buyer remains as with pyc a significant buyer ploughed in a stake rallied up to 12-13p from 6p and collapsed as he went from holding to 0% holding. Let's see how this pans out. Going back to 3035p levels suits me fine | bauchsapt
29/3/2018 12:22 | What does level 2 show? | haroldthegreat
29/3/2018 12:19 | Great volume for next leg up | letmepass |
