At what point will the company have to issue a RNs over the 5% rights purchase.
Will they have to declare there has been contact with Jeesr Industries Casablanca, Morocco but did not know they were purchasing their rights

has a few sites probably sees value here. Perhaps the company is not going down the pan after all.
Take the company over, get rid of directors and aim list expenses.
The other alternative would have been to let it go bust and buy from liquidator so the purchase must show a bid is on the way !imho .why spend money on rights when you could use it towards the purchase later. If this company is interested there must be others running the side rule over the company hopefully a bidding war develops .

This is just a battle between shorters and those trying to burn them. As per RNS update they have nothing new to report. As they indicated a possible breach of a banking covenant one really has to wait and see.

I think the presence of a bank over 3% has more to do with debt restruction and a possible exit from the markets.
