01/3/2019 13:01 | "Further developing" is an opportunity for further cross-selling. TE2 has some customer experience/back-end software that can help with that. | 1001011

26/2/2019 18:56 | Anyone can change their mind at any moment, but what made you change your mind in 3 weeks Spud? Anything you found in deeper looking? Spud - 09 Feb 2019 - 09:13:51 - 3477 of 3869 accesso Technology Group - Queuing growth for the future - ACSO Thanks for your concern. I’m fine and although not happy with the Company’s inept PR (in my opinion) over the past 5 months, am a long term holder and will continue to be. The upside with an undervaluation, is the increased interest generated by potential suitors. My worry is the potential t/o price. spud | dan_the_epic
26/2/2019 18:05 | We do know that a chunk of new disclosures is legally mandated by IFRS 15. Here's a laundry list from their auditor. Not an easy read, but it's talking about things related to balances in contracts, the costs to obtain contracts, and transition line item effects. | 1001011
26/2/2019 17:37 | Seller cleared ? | gucci
26/2/2019 15:31 | ..I agree with Spud the bod is doing shareholders a dis service to declare 'we are going to reveal new perf. data in the results....but we wont tell you what' & the MD steps aside & share price continues its collapse bod has created an info vaccuum....not good. Mkt thinks imo that the new data will be bad...& Im in that band. | smithie6
26/2/2019 14:57 | The pattern of buying companies with stock consideration disincentivizes some of its highest net worth people from using cash to buy stock to "steady the tiller" - bad diversification. But it's possible in late March/April after the closed period is over. At this point, the ones to steady the tiller are likely to be Funds more focused on finding bargains/value. Whereas the existing Fund managers going in and out were more likely to be price momentum-followers. | 1001011
26/2/2019 14:45 | Good luck Spud. | helpaargh
26/2/2019 14:34 | Haven't a clue, but I'm at a loss as to why Management haven't at the very least brought forward the results or lent a steadying hand on the tiller here. After 11 years with what was a superb company with brilliant pr, I've been forced to capitulate yesterday due to uncertainty and relentless selling. I'll await the results in a month and review the figures. Bon voyage chaps and perhaps join you again soon. spud | spud
26/2/2019 14:17 | Any guesses as to how much of a loss Kames have realised? | helpaargh
26/2/2019 13:58 | When Kames digested the H1 results, they didn't have much problem with them. They went from 4.95% to 5.05% in the 12 October 2018 RNS and from 5.05% to 4.98% in the 07 November 2018 RNS. They didn't sell in size until the December price action. And specific world events/central bank policy do on occasion drag down entire sectors of stocks at once. | 1001011
26/2/2019 12:45 | ..so Kame have sold 4% of the co. recently & Blackrock declared they had reduced their holding go on bulls, tell me why that is actually a buy signal 😂😂 | smithie6
26/2/2019 11:46 | eh...no !! is there a strong link between ACSO share price & any statement by the FED ...no. --- I think the fall from 30quid was triggered/created by ppl digesting the H1 results... ..including TW & his contacts...even if he didnt publish till I think Nov. & being at a sky high rating....a bubble....which was waiting to implode with slightest negative news | smithie6
26/2/2019 00:29 | The stock went up/sideways for two weeks after the half-year results statement. Technically, the stock started to collapse in response to U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Powell saying central bank interest rates were a "long way from neutral" on 3 October, spurring a market rotation out of "tech" stocks. | 1001011
25/2/2019 21:51 | Binary Guy, by Jove, you are right! The Amazon customer loss was indeed “disclosedR | skatersav
25/2/2019 21:03 | The justification for buying TE2 at such a price was that TE2 was is the midst of developing Ocean Medallion for Carnival Cruises, and it could pay off big time as it gets launched to more and more ships. Steve Brown may have drifted off to his new restaurant, but the TE2 founders are sticking around (3-year merger consideration). | 1001011
25/2/2019 20:19 | 101011 ...imo HAT has not made big acquisitions (since June 2012. there is not 1 RNS mentioning 'acquisition or merger or cash raise' ...whereas ACSO has) 80M$ for TE2 & ~£28M for Intenso or whatever its called (imho both prices look high...perhps the bod was pumped by having a share price of £20-£30) as far as I can see the execs at HAT have not stepped aside like they have at ACSO...or taken out so much real cash via share sales nor has HAT seen its share price collapse from 30 to 8. (HAT is increasing its 'lower' rate loans...but I admit that I havent looked at what that is in % !; the key factor is whether the loan gets re-paid....high % rate since a % of loans dont ever get paid back !) but each to their own choice | smithie6
25/2/2019 19:52 | How do you think Berenberg found out? Could it be that the company 100% mentioned this in the "Chief Executive’s Statement" section of the 21 March 2018 released preliminary results? And it all happened in the closed period to exec sales. "Whilst our distribution partner, Amazon, announced post-period end that they are discontinuing their ticketing distribution business, we have been delighted to welcome major customer wins from Ticketmaster UK and Superbreak.com, a major UK tour operator." | 1001011
25/2/2019 17:43 | The 11% figure was buried in the depths of the announcement (even if you do believe it!). 47% was front and centre. They knew about Amazon when they sold the stock. The had not announced this client loss. Berenberg’s analysis after the release of the half year results (in September) actually referenced the loss of Amazon as a customer as a reason behind the lack of revenue growth during the period. The level of bag holding on this BB makes me think some of the traffic is actually from insiders. | skatersav
25/2/2019 16:53 | There's no basis on which you can claim they were intentionally misleading when they clearly specify both underlying growth and underlying like for like growth. | greyingsurfer |
