Thanks LW.

I've also been trying to do some digging, hence my post looking for clarification. I reckon a re-rating all depends on whether they've finally got to grips with Cobent.

Let me know what you make of IDGP (remember EPIC changes to IDEA on Monday). I've spoken with the CEO and liked what I heard, and I'd imagine their preliminary results won't be far away from being released.

GHF

Glass,

Mixture of oversold and info from group digging. I understand the investment program however that is six months in and the share price should be looking forward which I believe it isnt.

Not forgetting the possibility of another healthy dividend.

The co is a recurring revenue machine and I know of deals (I assume non RNSable) on top of that recurring revenue.

I think its a great time to invest as when it rerates there will not be much stock around.

Thanks for the tip also I will do some research

Appreciated,
L.

Lewis - appreciate if you could clarify why these will be "moving upwards very soon."

I'm watching these with interest but earnings have been lowered to 0.1p EPS for the current year due to the investment programme & I don't see the catalyst for a re-rating at present & therefore interested to learn if you think they are merely oversold or had chat with management for instance.

O/T - You may be interested to cast your eye over peer Ideagen (IDGP) who is quitting PLUS on Friday and will re-list on AIM on Monday nder ticker IDEA.

I had created a thread just prior to this news but will wait until listing under the new ticker before populating in great detail. This thread header has some info to assist research.

Better play than ACC at present time IMHO.

GHF

These will be moving upwards very soon with the interims and before, mark my words.

Well the interims are shortly upon us and I am hearing good things throughout the group.

Shame the markets have caused a slight fall back and also the lack of non RNSable news through the Access site.

I know of several good deals that have been made and not reported though official channels, shame really but then again it has allowed me to accumulate under 4p which I do believe will be the last chance before the half year results.

Steady she goes, I think a tick up is due, but with the markets struggling it may take time.

I hope the news flow improves with this one as suggested at the AGM even just through their website as I am hearing some really good things that have not been officially reported.

I know it sounds like a ramp, I can only assure you its not (wait for official news by all means).

I cannot share what I have heard at the moment but not long until half year end.

LW

Just checked. I have also received a hefty divi. Am very heavily committed here. Am still considering whether to re-invest and add further.

Chart seems to suggest the next leg up is due imminently along with good news from AGM and whispers of steady contracts.

Expecting movement quickly, what are the current limits anyone?

Thank you Matthew. Michael Jackson is also a director of Elderstreet VCT. Access is one of its bigger holdings so I have an indirect investment in Access as well.

Here Goes

Room was made up of a few directors, and the company broker, the remaining two other people in the board room where myself and some broker who advised pension funds etc. This Broker was keen to press on with his favourite subject of good dividends and will there be an interim divi.

The Chairman (Michael Jackson) - jolly, light and has a background in this kind of industry, spoke with some good general points but was not so hot on finer details and for that he would go to his CEO etc for comment.

His central comment was "We are doing everything right...And we will get there" I took it to mean that time is the issue.

When it came to Q&A He was drilled about the lack of information about contracts picked up and there was a need for more regular information in the various reports and company statements. He explained that though they are picking up new contracts they are not individually big and therefore not news worthy enough - He also is cautions about making announcements every week on RNS as experience has told him that companies that do that fail to deliver. He agreed to look at that matter further and perhaps use the company web site a bit more.

This year his opportunity is investment in people and with that by next year he hopes to have "momentum that will propel us"

He said that the shares are "very cheap" and is worth noting that the company has NO DEBT. His comment about the shares being underpriced was later supported by his view that a company like Access should be priced on multiples of up to four times earnings etc any way he made a good case that the shares should be higher.
