14/3/2012 08:40 | Bear in mind of course that whilst we have just had the results for the year ended Nov 2011, we are at this moment three and a half months on from that in terms of what the Directors know about the business!! | ![]() dgwinterbottom
13/3/2012 13:58 | Yes, very exciting. Extraordinary to see that much buying by that many directors including Non-execs. They clearly are determined to bring the business back online. We do have a proper chart breakout too which is very bullish. from a fundamental and laymans point of view what we have here is a group of nice software co's valued much less than their true worth and importantly £4M in cash. In my experience, once the market gets a tiny sniff of the slightest recovery in the business, you often see the share price recover well ahead of any confirmation of that. | ![]() cfro
13/3/2012 13:22 | There is a lot going on and the share price is moving in the right direction. VERY EXCITING IMHO L. | ![]() lewis winthorpe

13/3/2012 09:53 | Interesting, not sure I've ever seen NEDs with such large Individual holdings, Except perhaps where a holding company's position gives them rights to appoint a NED themselves Certainly suggests a lot of confidence, also a big seller willing to exit at 3p with 5% bought presume we'll see a follow on announcement about who sold. EDIT, got my sums wrong here. 2 NEDs taken together have over 5%, but it wasn't 5% bought in total yesterday, could still be an announcement though, particularly with continued market buying today. | ![]() davydoo

12/3/2012 10:04 | Up to you guys whether you decided to sell or not. Im DEFINATELY NOT selling mine....in fact im actually looking to buy more. With these kinds of shares one has to bide their time and buy when quiet. These will have their moment in the sun at some point. | ![]() cfro
12/3/2012 09:57 | For transparency I did sell my small holding this morning, and will sit on the sidelines. For me I don't like to have to many small positions in the portfolio, and would rather wait and time my re-purchase when I can build my position with conviction. I still believe in the longer term potential here. ic2... | ![]() interceptor2
09/3/2012 13:57 | I think the forecasts this year will be beaten, I think it is a time to HOLD/BUY and not sell but everyone is different. I don't believe you will get them under 10p in 12 months time. This is the true dawn. L. | ![]() lewis winthorpe
09/3/2012 13:14 | I held 400k cfro, over £12k in a micro cap stock. Thought my rationale reasonable...£900k has been lopped off profit forecasts for this year and forecasts essentially moved back a year. This has changed the risk reward profile - for me - and therefore I took decision to sell into strength and retain a more modest holding. I still hold 200k and banked a small profit in the process. They do look good value but are essential on a forward PER of 35 at the moment. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
09/3/2012 13:05 | Timescales, risk profile, expectations - all seem reasonable reasons for selling and each persons are different. | ![]() stegrego
09/3/2012 13:01 | Cant understand you wanting to sell yet Glasshalfull. This is a strong hold for me, particularly after Mikes 500,000 purchase. They mean business here and i dont think this is a share to try to scalp for quick profits, this to me needs a bit of patience and time for management to make the right strategic decisions. | ![]() cfro
09/3/2012 12:24 | glass, I for one appreciate your honesty. Can I just ask were your sells yesterday? L. | ![]() lewis winthorpe
09/3/2012 12:06 | Nice vote of confidence by Management ;-) I've updated header with results and new forecast, also taken the opportunity of shareprice rise to sell half my holding given the fact that profitability has been delayed by a year and only 0.1p EPS pencilled in this year. They are still undervalued IMHO for reasons I've consistently stated over the last few days, and reason I retain a decent sized holding. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull

08/3/2012 15:22 | From the Yorkshire press, "SOFTWARE business Access Intelligence is to create a technical centre of excellence in York. The business, which currently employs ten people, expects to increase employment to 25 at its office on York Business Park. Access Intelligence's current York operation consists of its training and competency software MS2M, which it has just rebranded as AITrackRecord. AITrackRecord helps businesses comply with regulations set by authorities, such as the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA), Financial Services Authority (FSA) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The new centre of excellence will be a research and development arm for a number of the company's businesses, said Michael Jackson, executive chairman. While a number of delays in projects for big customers caused the business to underperform in 2011, Mr Jackson said they expected growth from the York base in 2012 as businesses will have to comply with the Retail Distribution Review, which will bring in new legislation for companies selling financial products by October 2012. He said: "I think we will have a good year this year." He said York fitted the bill, with costs lower than London, although it was easy to get to and from the capital, and also had good links to Newcastle, where the company has further operations. He said: "There's quite a good pool of talent, too,x in the area around York and Leeds which we can recruit from." The business hopes to have the centre for excellence up and running in the next three months." | ![]() lewis winthorpe
08/3/2012 14:13 | Green - being in a similat position to you having held for some years at 8p I wholly agree to wait before I add, as I hace said before there have been more than a few false dawns , hopefully things will now improve! | ![]() dgwinterbottom
08/3/2012 14:12 | Northland have paired forecasts for the current year as expected in light of yesterday's announcement of investment in 2012. 2012 PTP of £0.3m & EPS 0.10p 2013 PTP of £1.2m & EPS 0.39p So, earnings expectations have effectively been scaled back by 12 months and 2012 forecasts moved to 2013. regards GHF | glasshalfull

08/3/2012 11:30 | Lewis, I think I will wait at least 6 months before adding. My average is 7p having bought, in 2006 I think it was, before Michael Jackson was involved. He is also a director of Elderstreeet VCT and there is usually a sentence or two about ACC in its annual report. The problems with Cobent show how even the clever investors can slip up. We now read that major problems with Cobent were its many offices and reliance on key personnel. Obviously that either did not register or was discounted when ACC negotiated the deal to buy Cobent. | greenpastures2
08/3/2012 10:56 | small tick up on the offer. the chart is looking very strong ant the moment. 4.5 - 5p looks like the short term level. L. | ![]() lewis winthorpe |
