What I like about this share is you could wake up to a share price of £20 or 15m cap which is nothing considering the company are going after target companies up to 250m.

Instant mark up. You won't be able to buy any.

Just a few grand could turn into 30k plus.

A few mins of people wanting in with 5k, 10k 20k orders would see £10 a share instantly. Only 750k shares in issue. Never seen such a share. Really interesting play this one. Not hard to structure deals so everyone wins at this low price. Company is going after targets worth up to 250m.

Slowly approaching previous highs again - seems to be mainly the small amount of buying versus tiny free-float that has caused the recent spike, news of a decent acquisition/acquistions will hopefully be the next shareprice mover - management's track record is certainly very impressive. Very quiet on this board, but maybe a good thing that 'the herd' has not yet arrived.

You are absolutely right 'rampmeister'. These idiots have no idea what are talking about. The facts are :

750K shares in issue. Only 325K are 'free float' and that includes 75K not tradeable so 250K actual liquidity BUT 50K of these were placed with Cenkos, the market maker. They went (were re-positioned) long ago leaving only the 183K shown in the Prospectus as tradeable on a daily basis. Make the reasonable assumption that a third of these have been 'placed firm' (awaiting a deal), then the pool is actually only 120K.

This does indeed cause violent swings as we have seen in the last few days. Modest demand and it shoots up, shows on the ADVFN leader Board which brings in the 'punters' and up it goes further. Blindingly obvious that the small share issue in the root cause.

Not sure that share issue limited to 750,000 is irrelevant. Surely makes for illiquid market subject to violent share price movement up or down.
