Bank of New York is just a Nominee holding company with numerous shareholders behind the label.

No deal is going to be announced shortly. If you understood the rules of a Standard List you would know that it is against the fundamentals to have an agreed deal in place at Listing. It will be weeks to months before a definitive deal is inked and RNS'd though I have no doubt they are in talks !!

Just looking at the prospectus. Immediately following admission the shareholdings are...

David Jeffreys Williams 275,000 (36.7%)
The Bank Of New York (Nominees) Limited 183,000 (24.4%)
Giles Kirkley Willits 100,000 (13.3%)
Pershing Nominees Limited 50,000 (6.7%)
Michael Johnson 37,500 (5.0%)
Helen Johnson 37,500 (5.0%)
Tessera Investment Management Limited 25,000 (3.3%)
David John Morris 25,000 (3.3%)

= 733,000 shares = 97.7% accounted for.

750,000 total shares in issue - 733,000 = 17,000.

So (amazingly) the free float is a miniscule 17,000 shares!!

Means this could absolutely rocket with any buying in size.

Only 750,000 shares in issue. So current Market cap @ 170p is just £1.275m
