Patiently waiting. Hope this comes good and they get a deal done soon - could do with a multi-bagger.

I see the 8k buyer had to pay 240p for them - the tight supply here should work in our favour

That 15k explains yesterday's rise on no trades. A buy order completed today.

Looking at the prospectus, major shareholders section, seems 425,000 shares in tight hands. Leaves just 325 k shares (only 750 K in issue). Absolutely no idea how long it will take for things to progress here, but remain fascinated by it, so have added a few more shares over past few weeks. DYOR, etc.

bozzy_s: PAA/LVCG ouch, don't remind me ! Yes that one is a perfect example - yet still it seems to attract a new wave of gullible investors each time it changes name and strategy, but the shareprice continues to plummet. I hardly touch anything on AIM these days.

Took a gamble on UK Spac (SPC) which seems about to pay off, so hoping for a bit of excitement with AC8 too. The first sign of a decent RNS and the shareprice should be marked up with any buys sending it much higher still due to the low # in issue - at least that's my expectation. Assuming the market environment stays favourable etc

CC - I know this is a standard LSE listing. My comment was that the founders don't appear to have a history of AIM flops - it's usually where serial losers rob shareholders for a living.

As for being a dead cert, that's overconfidence. Can't find any independent info on the founders. Obviously need to ignore the profiles written by themselves - every company that ever existed, good or bad, wrote puff pieces about itself!

(Off topic): Recent example Parallel Media (PAA), supposedly run by the co-founder of Sky. Never made a penny of profit. Changed names a few times. Tapped shareholders for cash. Tons of share consolidations meant that the share price went from 753000p to 35p before being renamed Live Company (LVCG), where they've dropped to 4.5p!!! If the bloke was so smart, why didn't he make any money from Sky? Why have his plcs failed? Quite an impressive CV and claim to fame, but one of the worst share price histories ever. A £10,000.00 investment 15 years ago is now worth 6p !!!!! (End off-topic)

AC8 is an interesting punt - I'm drawn in by the tiny amount of shares, and a new team who might or mightn't come good. At least they don't have a dismal history like above, and others.

One exciting deal could see this multiply. Just have to wait for that moment. The ingredients are there.

No sure how you can even dare to question whether this will succeed !! Have you looked at the Director profiles in the Prospectus ? These guys are serial success stories. Only a matter of time before a really good deal.

I do agree though the cash is irrelevant. By the way, why mention AIM ? This is a Standard list. Different rules by a long way.

3. Share price 235p, not 270p!

No-one's buying AC8 for its cash reserves / asset base obviously!!!!!

No-one at all should be investing in AC8 at this stage. It's a punt on a new microcap company whose founders might, or might not, make some sort of business deal.

As far as I can tell these aren't serial losers. Their names haven't been associated with repeated smallcap failures over the years - the usual burgle a living from AIM for as many years as shareholders cough up funds - unless someone can show me otherwise.

So a level playing field, a new team, and a chance of something spectacular happening in future.

You are an idiot zingerburger.

1. They do not have a broker
2. There are no NOMAD fees as this is a Standard list and not AIM,

Go back too kindergarten and re-train !!

Yep seen some of those 0 trades on other stocks too. Must be some sort of system error. Also seen lots of 1, 2, 3 shares traded as well.

Probably a decent time to buy here. The ultra short termers from last Friday will have left.

Are there really only 0.75m shares in issue? That would explain the exaggerated moves up and down on any volume. Looks interesting as a long-term opportunity

Bit of hot money still here. Couldn't get a sell quote for any shares Monday at 250-280, due to a 5000 sell being worked (printed after hours).

Could get a sell quote Tuesday, but nothing higher than the quoted bid price @ 240p.

Hopefully day traders gone this week, and an opportunity to buy at 200p ish.

Can't buy frustratingly with Halifax; don't recognise the ticker!!!
Sometimes after a new listing it takes a few days to recognise, but it's been a couple of weeks now!?!
