I think the Market is toppy at the moment so I will start selling and hold cash.
Gold will obviously go up then,when the Market comes down. Maybe I will invest in physical gold, not an ETF.
Shame that ACA is between a rock and a hard place at the moment. I recoverd my losses on here in PFC. I think you have also bought in there. AAL, yes was very good and so was FXPO and HOC.The Market is more like a Casino now !

bwana ok got it now. AAL a fav of mine sold out month or so ago. Ok see you on AMC.
Think yes govmt manoevering same way, As ACA gets more stressed with time that is card they'll play. ACA may mothball if gov overplay, space for mining produce runs out! Update may not be what market expects if above strategy used.

Yeah I sold out too at a small loss (at least until I'm clearer on the speed and type of agreement settlement) topped up my other safer and exceptionally strong, short and long term prospects bluejay mining and Georgian mining. I'll keep a beady eye on Tanzania and acacia meanwhile

Well today South Africa has asked for a 30% ownership by blacks in AAL, the shares fell today by 2.7%. What is there to say this lot will not ask the same ??
Africa is changing fast. Chinese have a very big foot holding in Africa.
More so in East Africa.
I held shares in ACA but sold out at a small loss, a few days back.
I think this will take time to resolve. DYOR etc.

Tough call really but with the sentiment and talks for the deal in place I can't see it crashing back down to the 270's etc. But stabilising around the 290 s or very low 300's IMO

Agreed airs but that agreement may be a while emerging. Penalties may shift share price as possibly ACA was a bit naughty.
CEY has games with egyptian gov and has had before.

Topping up time this morning if this continues to fall, still believe anything under £3 is good value, with positive news to come.
