Whoever it was on here who said Monday that ALL the bad news is now out there was spot on.As an investor you are now gambling that either the Tanzanian authorities are crazy enough to put this company out of business and consequently wreck any chances of foreign,overseas investment in their country or alternatively they are driving a very hard bargain,but ultimately it is in everyones interest to get a deal.

He could do that of course, but if doing so without an independent review of data which ACA is calling for, then the country would still risk pariah status.
