Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.2p of the Company in issue at 28 March 2024 was 153,360,803 with each share holding one voting right.

The Company also holds 385,491 shares in Treasury.
