Don't really need the money with £3m destined for working capital from a month's time?! Really? Sorry to sound gloomy but that's how I read it. The positive is that demand for their ab test should rise over the winter imho but remain undecided overall despite the cheap price, 20 days before admission leaves a long time to drift. If they had a PCR test this would fly.

GBP2.7 million of the gross proceeds of the Placing and the GBP0.3 million gross proceeds from the Subscription (before expenses) will be used in the first instance to cover, as previously notified, a working capital shortfall expected to arise in the first quarter of 2022

...although the other £3m if they get it is destined for R&D.

The chart looks weak, the cash appears to be needed for working capital, not convinced myself to go for this as things stand. Maybe worth a small punt given the price? Any thoughts? Reminds me of ODX I'm afraid.

I think it obvious they need cash. How many times with aim companies have we seen a share price jump then decline into a placing as insiders benefit from knowledge of the placing price.
