This company has no money, how do they pay bills this months and salary? 130 people work for them. People are going to lose their jobs because of kickbacks.

Nothing has changed. The diagnostics companies are all still waiting to go through governance before the orders are placed. IMHO it's just the Gov departments wanting the process to be open and fair, so they avoid any backlash.
