Yes, but it is to solve a short term working capital issue. This is a good business which has been let down by the government, operating in a good space and this looks like a great opportunity for the directors to increase their investments before the government settle up as well. I would expect invoice finance could solve the problem, but that would be less of an opportunity for the directors and key investors.

Certain Directors have indicated that they would be prepared to advance further funding to the Group and the Board is investigating options to raise further capital for the Group. The Board will provide further updates as appropriate.

The Group believes that there are no legal grounds as to why these monies are not being paid in full and as such is following the Dispute Resolution Process as outlined in the contracts with DHSC. There have been two separate meetings with DHSC in an effort to find a resolution through mediation to this issue. During the second mediation both parties reached a non-binding agreement in principle which would, if concluded, lead to the outstanding monies being substantially collected and resolve all outstanding disputes with DHSC.
