A drip of buying I think. Still very unusual for this stock.

My instinct-rightly or wrongly- tells me something positive is about to happen here. Steady stream of buying over the last few days

My understanding is that the IT system is SAP.
Installed at great expense, to increase business efficiency, 4 or 5 years ago.
Maybe the export invoices are just on-going teething troubles.
Or maybe they've bought, or designed, or even re-engineered a dog.

Very relevant dcomd99. Just think the right sort of entrepreneur could have sat down with a blank sheet of paper and made a success of this company. Instead of the 'great leap forward' i just see opportunities squandered over the years, think the bit in the IC about taking a month to raise an export invoice on their IT system says it all.

Briefly scanned IC whilst in Sainsbury's, ACR is top of a list of
'wrecks to avoid' according to them. They, the IC have short memories.
However the spat with the Chinese supplier should have been avoided IMO,
' super Phil ' not so brill here.
No position at present, waiting for the fall of the 'Great Leader'

What's all this about The Great Re-Engineer Lever "standing down"?
And does him "standing down" have any real meaning?

Blueliner,
Not just Fat Cats and Imbeciles.
I suspect there are also a couple of Muppets there as well.

Co run by fat cats & imbeciles imho, must be aiming for some kind of LSE profit warnings record.
Commiserations for those caught up in this 'restructured' shambles.

Not profitable anymore,

substantial loss, cost cutting, no improvement foreseen.

acr have a NAV of just over 100p, while the price is half that. This is a relatively high risk investment but surely any sign of good news (e.g. reducing costs, increasing profits, positive trading) and the share price will surely rocket.

Hybrasil,
Good to see you are back.
I was beginning to worry about you.
Is this another good buying opportunity?
If it is, why aren't you buying any?
Or have you now bought right up to the disclosable limit?

Hey Hybrasil,
Could be another buying opportunity for you.
Haven't had time for a proper read of the results, but I notice that they are reducing stock levels so impressively, that they are now down to around 33% of turnover. If they manage to keep turnover growing at the same rate as the year just ended, and reduce stocks by another £0.5m, they'll be at about 40%.
I guess they're stocking up for some explosive growth?
