22/5/2019 19:37 | I have an account with fidelity and bought 40 of these shares a few months ago (wish I'd bought more, but easy to say now eh!) I got the email about the placing saying: "Corporate action : Open Offer Issue Entitlements AB Dynamics plc has announced a proposed Placing and Open Offer to raise estimated gross proceeds of £50.1 million. The proposals are subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting due to be held on 6 June 2019. Shareholders will receive 1 open offer entitlement share for every 86.5021363 ordinary shares held on 17 May 2019. The issue price will be £22 per share. You will be able to find out more information about the event in the circular." As I only have 40 shares, will I be able to buy roughly half a share in the placing? And how would I actually to about it? They don't say in the email. Thanks | jbongo | |
