Well only a few hours to go to see if it’s over the line or a raised bid needed also FCCN hit another 12 month high yesterday, have a look at the chart it’s screaming I am about to go for it imho dyor

from the math perspective: does it pay to jump in with 1/2 of the free cash for a few days - to get the chance of an improved offer?

if not - the other half of the stack will be used to buy low after and if it drops

;)

meanwhile money was used in a booming market for 1 month +

Hopefully they have to pay more than 40p I am sure the large investors have made an acceptable price known to them,i wonder how they got any acceptance at 35p must have been some cost involved in that .

Yesterday
The 2022 bond increased by 0.05% to close at 98.58%.
Declarations concerning Tuesday:
Millennium reduced their Equity SWAP by 40k to close at 1.26%
Legal & general purchased 3k to close at 2.00% shares.

Regarding the rumour that they haven't got 75% yes votes, this could be true in that there hasn't been any more RNS (after Texas) stating that a II will vote yes.
Hopefully there will be an RNS shortly saying that the offer is increased to 40p to get it over the line. The DarK side already have 23% shares so they only need to buy another 480m shares, at 5p extra is 24m. They would be stupid to let 24m get in the way of them getting their hands on the AA

I decided to use my money elsewhere and make more. Good luck to everyone here, but I was not going to wait months for an extra 5p. Most people have left here and AA board did not deliver. I did keep 350k shares on here but sold that recently as there was no point in keeping it. It's purely an investment decision

Good luck to all holders tomorrow!!
I've reduced 60% over the last couple of weeks. Still got a material amount left. Disappointing if we have been sold cheaply ..... but you have to be in it to win it!

I’m surprised you are out Amran and have taken your money off the table as you say. You were 100% staying in until the very end based on many of your past posts all about how you would be holding. What’s changed for you?

Yes they have been making a killing and the shareholders do not get a penny of it. Disgraceful board. After my last call with Zeeshan, it was obvious the bankers wanted this deal to go through and the board were complicit with the consortium. I took my money off the table and don't regret it. Only regret I have is that I could have used that time and money elsewhere. They gave false promises and all the other PE's were a smoke screen. Look at Kaz - shareholders said offer was not good enough at £6.4 or something and now they are £7 plus. AA cheated their loyal shareholders.

Let’s be honest from the time of the offer the AA has banked considerable profits in the past months ,at least a 50% uplift in the offer should be expected.
